た磁性コアの固定には、絶縁テープをコアの外周に数回
巻いて固定し、又は磁性コアの突合せ部を樹脂により接
着固定したり、バネ性のある金具を用いてコアの外周か
らコアを固定する等の方法をとっていた。これら従来の
方法では、絶縁テープでコア外周を固定するには時間を
要すること、コア突合せ面を接着固定する方法では、接
着後のコアの押えを必要とし、樹脂の固着のためには時
間を要し、コアを金具で固定する方法では、外形寸法が
大きくなり外形が一定せず、又一度広げてから装着する
ので自動化がしにくいという問題がある。

視図である。1個又は数個のL字形に折り曲げた爪部8
を有するバネ性のある断面円形の棒状金具として金属棒
を使用する例で、図では1個又は2個を使用した例であ
るが、複数個を用いてもよい。図−2に於て、1はコイ
ルボビンの巻心で、巻心1の上に導線を巻回し、コイ
ル、トランスを構成する。各導線の端子は、コイルボビ
ンのコアを挿入する長手方向に水平にのびたピン6及び
垂下したピン7に接続し、水平にのびたピン6及び垂下
したピン7を通し回路と接続するものである。2はコイ
ルボビンの巻心の左右上部の上鍔で、此の部分にコイル
ボビンの長手方向に水平にのびた、L字形に折り曲げた
爪部8を有する断面円形の棒状金具3を取付けるもので
ある。棒状金具3は、コアの背面に接するL字形に折り
曲げた爪部8がコアの背面をなめらかに固定し押えるた
め或曲線を持ち、コアとの接触を容易にしている。図−
3は、コイルボビンの前記上鍔2にL字形に折り曲げた
爪部8を有する断面円形の棒状金具3を示した拡大斜視
図である。すなわち、巻心1の左上部の片面の上鍔2に
棒状金具3を2個(2対)設けた場合を示し、2個のコ
アの背面を屈曲したL字形に折り曲げた爪部8で、保持
して固定するものである。図−4は、図−3のコイルボ
ビンにE型コア2を2個装着した場合の斜視図である。
横型のコイルボビンとしては、コアはボビン下面へ押え
られる構造となっているので、上鍔に金具を設け、コア
に押圧するための断面円形の爪部は約直角に屈曲し、コ
アと接触する接触面は内側にさらに湾曲している。また
爪部の長さは、コイル背面の中央部迄は必要とせず、前
記棒状金具はコアをボビン下面へ押圧し、振動等により
はずれたりしない構造になっている。又コアから棒状金
具の爪部がはずれない程度の爪部8の長さがあればよ
い。従ってコア4をコイルボビンの巻心に装着すると
き、バネ性のある前記棒状金具のL字形に折り曲げた爪
部を、コイルボビン取付部分を中心に回転して、指で上
に押し上げ、コアをコイルボビンの左右両横からコイル
ボビン面に水平に移動して、コイルボビンにコアを装着
すればよい。また、前記棒状金具及び前記爪部は断面円
形であるために回転可能となる。
