Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a clip by which the deformation of a roofing plate and an accidental error of marking can be met, by a method wherein the clip is composed of a lower clip having a connection part and having a fastening parts to be fastened to a backing, and an upper clip having a holding part for holding the side edge of the roofing plate and having another connection part, which faces the connection part of the lower clip, and these connection parts are slidably connected with each other. CONSTITUTION:A clip 1 can be separated into a strip-shaped lower clip 2 and an upper clip 7. For the lower clip 2, a first connection part 3 in almost plane shape is horizontally provided at the central part thereof, and both sides, right and left, of the first connection part 3 are bent pointing obliquely to the upper part of the outside. After that, side face parts 4 each are formed by folding them downward, and fastening parts 5 each are formed by extentionally bending the side face parts 4, right and left, in horizontal shape. The upper clip 7 is slidably connected with the first connection part 3. A connection part 8 is slidably formed by downward folding the front and rear ends of a flat part 7a of the upper clip 7, so as to hold the first connection part 3. Furthermore, holding parts 9 each are formed with flat parts 7a. In this way, the laterally thermal expansion and contraction of a roofing plate and the movement of a building frame can be met by the chip 1.

2. Description of the Related Art In a conventional vertical thatched roof, the expansion and contraction of the roof plate in the longitudinal direction (the metal material expands and contracts due to temperature changes)
In order to accommodate the displacement of the roof plate, the roof plate and the hanger are slidably engaged, and the hanger itself has a sliding function in the eaves direction (flow direction) as seen in the welding method. Was taken. However, the current situation is that no measures have been taken against the displacement in the width direction due to the thermal expansion and contraction of the roof plate.

Further, in the conventional vertically-roofed roofing board, before mounting the roofing board, marking is performed on the base in accordance with the effective width of the roofing board, and the hangings are fixed in accordance with this marking. However, staking out work on the roof substrate is not easy, and even if strict staking out can be performed, it is almost impossible to fix the hanger without any error. (Specifically, the roof base is not necessarily completely flat, and there are curved bases, and the marking and fixing of the suspension are performed on inclined surfaces.)

As a result, the suspension fixed to the base has a slight error with respect to the effective width of the roof plate, and when the error is negative with respect to the effective width of the roof plate, the suspension is attached. It becomes difficult for the engaged portion of the and the engaging portion of the roof plate to engage with each other. Even if it can be forcibly engaged, the roof plate side edge (near the engaging part) is deformed and spoils the aesthetic appearance, and the deformation allows the water stop material and the cover etc. arranged between the side edges to be engaged. It may disappear.

On the other hand, in the case of plus, "too much" occurs in the effective width of the roof plate, and this "too much" reduces the engaging force between the suspension and the roof plate and weakens against negative pressure. Also,
If the "too much" is large, the "center" of the plane portion is lifted upward in a convex shape, and the "too much" appears on the roof surface, which is not preferable in terms of design. In addition, even after the roof is constructed, it is possible to deal with the displacement in the width direction in the same manner as the problem of thermal expansion and contraction described above, as it responds to the shaking of the body due to earthquakes, etc., and the movement of the body such as vibration. There wasn't.

As a result, since the upper suspension 7 can slide in the width direction with respect to the lower suspension 2, even if there is a marking error or an attachment error of the suspension 1, these errors will occur. Since it is possible to absorb the water, the workability is good, and the roof plate 24 and other members (water blocking member, cover member, etc.) described later in the roof structure can be easily attached to the holding portion 9,
A predetermined engagement force can be obtained. Then, it is possible to cope with the thermal expansion and contraction of the roof plate 24 and the movement of the body in the width direction.
