Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a roofing material with functions of resisting fire, of insulat ing heat, of proofing it against dew, and of absorbing sound, by a method where in at least one face of mat-shaped or felt-shaped rock wool-made insulator is coated with a surface-coating sheet for reinforcement, and the insulator coated is stuck on a bent metallic plate, laying the indoor side thereof face up. CONSTITUTION:An insulator-made mat 2 is formed by coating one face of mat-shaped, rock wool-made insulator 3 with a surface-coating sheet 4 for reinforcement. The surface-coating sheet 4 is made of aluminum foil 5 reinforced with glasscloth. The insulator-made mat 2 is placed on a bent metallic plate 1, laying the surface-coating sheet 4 face up, and is stuck by pressing. The width of the surface-coating sheet 4 is made wider than that of the insulator 3 and the side face of the insulator 3 is coated with the surface-coating sheet 4. Furthermore, surplus parts left over by coating each are stuck to hook parts 1a of the bent metallic plate 1. In this way, functions of resisting fire, of insulating heat, of proofing roofing-material against dew, and of absorbing sound can be inexpensively and excellently displayed in a long period of time.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when it is feared that dew condensation will occur on a metal folded plate roof, the most common method for preventing dew condensation is as follows.
Although there is a structure in which a sheet-shaped heat insulating material for preventing dew condensation is placed on the indoor side of the metal folding plate, there is a method of laying a heat insulating material under the metal folding plate on site to give more heat insulating function. As a material capable of exhibiting heat insulation and sound absorption performance over a long period of time, there is a structure disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 3-240, in which a glass fiber heat insulating material is arranged on the indoor side surface of a metal folded plate and the surface is covered with a reinforcing sheet. Further, as a higher performance than the above-mentioned prior art, a structure in which a metal folded plate is doubled and an airtight material is filled between them and a glass fiber heat insulating material is arranged is implemented.

A structure in which a sheet-shaped heat insulating material for preventing dew condensation is simply arranged on the indoor side of a conventional metal folded plate is effective in preventing dew condensation, but the heat insulation performance is not sufficient. It cannot be said that the indoor thermal environment cannot be improved significantly.
Therefore, in order to improve the heat insulation performance, there is a method of laying a heat insulating material on the main building in advance and then installing a metal folded plate, but the work amount at high places for laying the heat insulating material increases, so the construction period also becomes longer and The performance is likely to vary depending on the quality. As a countermeasure, a structure in which a heat insulating material is sandwiched between double metal folding plates has been implemented. However, in this structure, the metal folding plates are arranged on the indoor side instead of greatly improving the heat insulating performance, so sound absorption performance is improved. There is a problem in that the weight of the metal folded plate is increased and the price is high because the metal folded plate is used twice as much as usual.

As a solution to these problems, there has been proposed a structure in which a glass fiber heat insulating material is arranged on the indoor side surface of a metal folded plate and the surface is covered with a reinforcing sheet as disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 3-240. When the density and thickness of the glass fiber heat insulating material are increased in order to improve heat insulation and sound absorption performance, the glass fiber heat insulating material is attached to the metal folded plate, and when the glass fiber heat insulating material is attached, the bent portion of the metal folded plate is Since it becomes difficult to attach the heat insulating material and there is a great risk that the heat insulating material will be peeled off by the spring back even after the application, it is necessary to cut the portion of the glass fiber heat insulating material into a V shape in advance. Since the reinforcing sheet that coats the inside is pre-rolled at the ends and then bonded, there is a new problem in that the time and effort for sticking the heat insulating material increase and the management of the bonded surface is not easy. It was.

In the present invention, the metal composite roofing material has a metal folded plate used for the roof of a building as a base material, and at least one surface of the rock wool heat insulating material in the form of a mat or felt is covered with a surface covering sheet for reinforcement. The heat insulating mat formed by the above is applied to the metal folding plate in advance by using the reinforcing surface covering sheet as the indoor side surface. Therefore, the dangerous work of laying the heat insulating material in advance on the purlin at the site is possible. It is not necessary, and the construction can be performed in the same procedure as the normal metal folding plate roof construction. Further, the rock wool heat insulating material of the heat insulating material mat in such a metal composite roofing material has a higher heat resistant temperature than the glass fiber heat insulating material, so that it is not only advantageous in fire resistance but also
When compared at the same density, it is more flexible than the glass fiber heat insulating material and has good followability to the metal folded plate that is the base material when sticking, so the sticking work is easy, and the spring back even after sticking makes the heat insulating material There is little danger of peeling. In addition, it is often unnecessary to cut the bent portion into a V shape, and in that case, the attaching operation is further simplified.

Reference numeral 1b denotes one L-shaped seam portion of the metal folding plate 1, and 1c denotes another U-shaped seam portion of the metal folding plate 1. Then, when the metal composite roofing material configured by this method is applied, as shown in Fig. 6, the end portions in the width direction of the reinforcing surface covering sheet 4 are bonded to the upper surface thereof, and the seam portions 1b and 1c are projected. When the seams 1c are fitted together and the seams 1b and 1c are fitted together, the widthwise ends of the reinforcing surface covering sheet 4 are mated.
Since they are mechanically joined by c, a metal composite roof with higher reliability against peeling of the heat insulating material mat 2 is constructed.
