(Prior Art) Double-layer glass, which is joined and integrated with a spacer having a desiccant interposed between the two glass plates facing each other, has a function of heat insulation or sound insulation as compared with single-layer glass, Due to its structure, its thickness is several times as large as that of single-layer glass, for example, about 3 times, and even if it is attached to a sash, it cannot be applied to the fitting groove of a normal glass single plate sash. Therefore, an attachment made of aluminum or a hard resin having a main body having a groove for inserting the peripheral edge of the double glazing and a leg portion that can be inserted into the fitting groove of the sash is used when the double glazing is attached to the sash for single plate. Widely used as an intervening material.

For example, in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 1-24313, extrusion molding is performed in a U-shaped cross-section consisting of left and right standing upright wall portions facing each other and a bottom wall portion connecting them to each other so as to define a receiving recess of parallel glass. The main body of the frame and the bottom wall of the main body are continuously and integrally hung from the bottom wall of the main body in a relation of being displaced by a certain amount to the left or right of the longitudinal centerline of the opening of the recess. In a parallel glass light metal sealing and holding material that is equipped with a pillar and the pedestal is fitted into the opening groove of the sash type, a band-shaped coating of soft synthetic resin is integrated and integrated only on the inner wall surface of the formwork body. Or, a strip film of the same soft synthetic resin is adhered and integrated on both the inner wall surface of the formwork main body and the outer wall surface of the pedestal, and the strip film on the inner wall surface of the formwork main body is formed into a standing wall. A pair of left and right parts that correspond to the entire part and part of both ends of the bottom wall The cross-section is L-shaped, or the U-shape is continuous, corresponding to the entire standing wall portion and the entire bottom wall portion, and the portion where the band-shaped film corresponds to the standing wall portion is thinned, The flat plate surface of the glass and the band-shaped seal lips that are elastically pressed out from the thin part inwardly, respectively, while the part where the band-shaped film on the inner wall surface also corresponds to the bottom wall part does not come into contact with the glass spacer. As a pair of left and right setting blocks that are separated from each other, it is particularly thickened, and it is determined that the cut end faces of the glass are respectively supported by the blocks, and a constant opening is always provided between the cut end face of the glass and the bottom wall. Sealing and holding parallel glass that forms a stepped gap and is formed through the drainage channel that communicates with the stepped gap and is open on the longitudinal centerline of the pedestal that is offset from the longitudinal centerline of the opening. In addition, a U-shaped soft bead is previously attached to the peripheral edge of the double glazing, and the double glazing is inserted together with the bead in the groove of the attachment, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 54-98857.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the prior art in which the bead described in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 54-98857 is previously attached, the complicated work of winding the bead around the double glazing is required. Is necessary, and especially if there is a winding habit on the bead, it takes time to correct it,
Furthermore, when the bead is inserted into the attachment, the bead is likely to shift from the clean position, and the inconvenience such as the poor sealing between the double glazing and the attachment is likely to occur. Adhesion and integration of the band-shaped film on the inner wall surface of the L-shaped or U-shaped cross-section with a band-shaped seal lip for sealing the glass to the described glass holding material and / or the band-shaped film on the outer wall surface of the pedestal for sealing with sashes In addition, a setting block with a thickened pair of left and right strip-shaped coatings that are separated from each other so that they do not come into contact with the spacer is always a constant shape in the longitudinal direction, and the strip-shaped coatings are always the same material. For example, it is not possible to use different materials for the strip coating on the inner wall of the standing wall and the setting block because of their different functions. It is difficult to demonstrate, and various shapes, sizes and materials of the setting block can be changed and selected depending on the size or weight of the double glazing or the environment, etc. It is hard to say that there is room to deal with in a wide range, etc., and it is hard to say that it is sufficiently good in terms of sealing, durability, drainage and the like.

Here, from the lower part of the inner wall of the main body to the inner surface of the bottom wall, the fixing thickness of the bead is set to a range from the same thickness as the upper inner wall to zero thickness at which the bead is not fixed at all, for example, only the entire inner wall of the main body. When the peripheral edge portion of the double glazing is inserted into the inner wall surface of the main body except for the lower portion thereof, further to the portion of the inner wall which extends to a part of the inner surface of the bottom wall. In order to allow the support member having the connecting member used in step 1 to be mounted more stably and securely, the bead thickness is reduced so that the bead is concave at the lower portion of the inner wall, and the bead is extended even at a part of the inner surface of the bottom wall. This is because the support member set can be further increased and can be mounted stably and reliably by making the thickness thinner.

Further, in the case of the supporting member having the connecting member, the sectional shape of the supporting member is circular, tubular, rectangular or trapezoidal which is an upper surface inclined surface, or, for example, unevenness is provided on the lower surface so that moisture and water are intentionally removed. Therefore, it is possible to select variously, such that the upper surface can be made to flow easily and the upper surface can be brought into close contact with the end surface of the glass plate constituting the double glazing. The size of the supporting member should be at least smaller than the thickness of the end face of the glass plate, and should be such that the width of the supporting member does not reach the spacer portion of the double glazing. It is preferable, and the length is partially attached, for example, it is an open type that can be attached with a length such that it is provided at two places per side of the double glazing, so that moisture or moisture can easily escape It may be a sealed type that is installed with a length that covers the entire circumference of the glass, or may be a combination type such that only the lower side of the double glazing is sealed type and the other side is open type, and various lengths can be freely selected. is there. Further, as for the material of the supporting member, any synthetic resin that is soft and has sufficient elasticity may be used.
For example, a soft fluorine resin or rubber having water repellent property may be used. Further, the connecting member is preferably an elastic body having a spring force, and is provided so as to have a sufficient gap so as not to contact at least the spacer portion of the double glazing, and preferably 2 in the length direction of the supporting member.
Although it is easy to handle the parts, it is needless to say that it may be better to provide a plurality of parts depending on the length of the supporting member so that they can be mounted and fixed stably and securely.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention provides the attachment body including the special shape with the minimum necessary bead, and uses the unique support member for supporting and fixing the double glazing and the bead of the leg. Since it is possible to bring peculiarity to, it is excellent in assembling workability without the need to attach beads and gaskets as in the past, while compared to those that are integrally bonded and molded even those corresponding to the support member, For example, the bead integrally formed with the attachment body and the supporting member can have their respective originally required functions, and can freely respond to various conditions such as the weight and size of the double glazing or the conditions of use. It is possible to solve the various problems that were initially mentioned such as the durability and mounting stability of the double glazing, and the thickness of the double glazing. According to the above, it has an effect that it can be surely sealed and that the thickness of the double glazing can be absorbed without increasing the width of the entire attachment.
