Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve safety by embedding a snow melting chamber having an open and close lid into the ground, opening and communicating a hot air discharge port of a burner into a snow melting cylinder, and forming a passage for snowmelt water between the lower face of the snow melting cylinder and the bottom face of the snow melting chamber. CONSTITUTION:The upper section of a snow melting chamber 1 becomes a space for melting snow between a snow melting cylinder 26 and it, and a space between a bottom section of the chamber 1 and the snow melting cylinder 26 becomes a passage for snowmelt water. For this reason, snow charged into an upper section of the snow melting cylinder 26 does not prevent movement of snowmelt water or snowmelt water does not reach a burner and does not extinguish fire. Since a work switch 34 is arranged on the back of a lid 5 of the snow melting chamber, the snow melting work cannot be started except when the lid 5 is opened. For this reason, it is possible to prevent ignition of the burner 12 while the lid 5 is closed and danger that incomplete combustion occurs. In addition, even if a worker falls into the chamber 1, the burner 12 is extinguished immediately by operating the switch 34. Consequently, it is possible to prevent unexpected accidental fire of the burner and extinguish fire easily as required.

However, the above-mentioned conventional buried type snow melting apparatus is one that melts snow by domestic drainage and melts snow by the heating temperature in the house, has a weak snow melting power, and sufficiently melts snow in a short time. It was impossible to do. In the present invention, high-temperature hot air is blown to a snow melting cylinder by a burner and snow is thrown on the snow melting cylinder to perform the snow melting in a short time. In addition, the conventional snow melting method using a mobile snow melting machine requires a great deal of labor for the elderly and children due to the high snow throwing opening (hopper), and the work time is long due to the small amount of snow throwing at one time. It was necessary and required a large space for storage when not in use. The present invention facilitates the introduction of snow into the snow melting tank by burying the snow melting device in the ground, and the passage of the snow melting water is formed below the snow melting tube and between the bottom of the snow melting chamber 1. The structure is such that the drainage of the snowmelt water is not affected by the snowfall and the snowmelt work can be performed smoothly. Further, by providing the snow melting passage, the snow melting water does not reach the burner and the fire is not extinguished. Further, by providing an operation box for operating a power source for a burner or a pump which constitutes the snow melting device on the back surface of the snow melting chamber lid, the occurrence of erroneous operation is prevented.

In order to solve these problems, the present invention has the following structure. In claim 1, the snow melting chamber 1 is buried in the ground leaving an opening covered by the snow melting chamber lid 5 so that the snow melting chamber lid 5 can be opened and closed. A snow melting cylinder 26 which is long in the horizontal direction is placed in a floating state, a burner chamber 29 having a burner 12 is provided on the side of the snow melting cylinder 26, and a burner protruding from the burner chamber 29 toward the snow melting chamber 1 is provided. 1
The two hot air outlets are communicated with the inside of the snow melting tube 26, and a passage between the lower surface of the snow melting tube 26 and the bottom surface of the snow melting chamber 1 serves as a passage for the snow melting water.

[Operation] Next, the operation will be described. According to claim 1, the upper part of the snow melting chamber 1 constitutes a space for snow melting with the snow melting cylinder 26, and the bottom of the snow melting chamber 1 and the snow melting cylinder 26 constitute a passage for the snow melting water. As a result, the snowmelt water can be moved in the direction of the sewage or in the direction of the automatic submersible pump, and the snow that is thrown into the snowmelt chamber 1 and the upper part of the snowmelt tube 26 will interfere with the movement of the snowmelt water. Alternatively, the snow melting water does not reach the burner 12 in the burner chamber 29 to extinguish the fire.

According to the second aspect, since the operation box 20 in which the work switch 34 is arranged is provided on the back surface of the snow melting chamber lid 5 that closes the opening of the snow melting chamber 1, when the snow melting chamber lid 5 is opened. Only because the snow melting work can be started, there is no possibility that the burner 12 is ignited while the snow melting chamber lid 5 is closed and an incomplete combustion state of the burner 12 occurs due to an erroneous operation. . Further, since the operation box 20 is attached to the back side of the snow melting chamber lid 5, even when a worker falls inside the snow melting chamber 1 during the snow melting work, the work switch 34 of the operation box 20 is used. The burner 12 can be extinguished immediately by operating the, so that a safe device could be provided. Further, when the operation box is arranged at a position distant from the buried snow melting device, it is necessary to wire with a wire harness between the buried snow melting device and the operation box. Although an operation such as embedding is required, by attaching the operation box 20 to the back surface of the snow melting chamber lid 5, it is only necessary to incorporate a short wire harness into the embedded snow melting apparatus.

In the snow melting chamber 1 thus buried in the ground, if the snow melting chamber lid 5 is opened, it is possible to throw snow directly from a side road or a sidewalk as shown in FIG. Snow collecting sensor plate 3 on the inclined plate 31
When 3 is pressed and the sensor 32 is turned on, or when the work switch 34 of the operation box 20 is manually turned on,
The burner 12 is ignited, air is sucked in from the air duct chamber 16, and warm air is discharged from the air outlet 26c of the snow melting tube 26.

With the above construction, the present invention has the following effects. Since it is configured as in claim 1, the upper portion of the snow melting chamber 1 forms a space for snow melting with the snow melting cylinder 26, and the passage of the snow melting water between the bottom of the snow melting chamber 1 and the snow melting cylinder 26. Since the snow melting water can be moved in the direction of the sewage or in the direction of the automatic submersible pump, the snow thrown into the snow melting chamber 1 and the upper part of the snow melting tube 26 will interfere with the movement of the snow melting water. Burner room 2
The snowmelt water reached the burner 12 in 9 and did not extinguish the fire.

According to the second aspect of the invention, the work switch 3 is provided on the back surface of the snow melting chamber lid 5 which closes the opening of the snow melting chamber 1.
Since the operation box 20 in which the snow melting chamber cover 4 is arranged is provided, the snow melting work can be started only when the snow melting chamber cover 5 is opened. Therefore, the burner 12 can be opened with the snow melting chamber cover 5 closed due to an erroneous operation. There is no possibility that an incomplete combustion state of the burner 12 will occur inside the ignition.
Further, since the operation box 20 is attached to the back side of the snow melting chamber lid 5, even when a worker falls inside the snow melting chamber 1 during the snow melting work, the work switch 34 of the operation box 20 is used. The burner 12 can be extinguished immediately by operating the, so that a safe device could be obtained. Further, when the operation box is arranged at a position distant from the buried snow melting device, it is necessary to wire with a wire harness between the buried snow melting device and the operation box. Although work such as embedding is required, by attaching the operation box 20 to the back surface of the snow melting chamber lid 5, it is only necessary to incorporate a short wire harness inside the buried snow melting device.
