Description: FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention uses a zeolite,
It is intended to obtain a better cooking effect by simultaneously treating cooking media such as water and oil during cooking to improve the quality of these media. [0002] Conventionally, when an integrated solid substance such as activated carbon and an adsorptive ceramic having a function similar to this zeolite is mixed with a cooking medium such as water or oil and cooked, the foreign substance is adsorbed and heated. It is well known that the far infrared rays emitted from these sometimes enhance the cooking effect and make delicious dishes, and such equipment is commercially available. However, these are (a) an integral solid material, which has a small surface area and is limited in effect. (B) Since the material is bare, there are concerns about safety and hygiene. (C) It is expensive even though it loses its capacity when it reaches the adsorption saturation, and is not suitable for disposable use. Have problems such as. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems in the prior art by using an inexpensive natural zeolite which has the same function as activated carbon and adsorptive ceramics.
It is a comprehensive solution. Means for Solving the Problems An explanation will be given based on the drawings. (B) Zeolite stones are crushed to a desired size. (B) Finely crushed zeolite stone is washed, activated by heating and drying, and sanitized. (C) As shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of treated zeolite stones 1 in an appropriate amount are put in a bag 2 of filter material, the opening 3 is closed, and this is sealed. (D) As shown in FIG. 2, the pack 4 thus formed is put in a cooking container 7 together with water or oil 5 and cooking material 6,
Boil with it. It is well known that the raw material, zeolite stone, is also called zeolitic stone, and it is a porous material at the molecular level and has an adsorption capacity similar to that of activated carbon. Further, when heated, far infrared rays are emitted, and its effect is well known. By finely crushing this zeolite stone, its surface area can be remarkably increased, and the adsorption ability and far-infrared effect can be strengthened. When the pack 4 of the zeolite stone 1 treated in this way is put in a cooking vessel 7 such as a pot or a pot together with water or oil 5 and the cooking material 6 and is boiled together, metal ions contained in water or the like. Zeolite adsorbs and captures organic substances such as ammonia, and delicious food can be prepared. Further, far-infrared rays emitted from the zeolite stone during heating can provide a uniform cooking effect such as a high degree of swelling. Further, when it is used for deep-fried foods by adsorbing and removing impurities, oxidative deterioration of the oils is prevented and the service life of the cooking oils is extended. Although this natural zeolite is chemically safe and is also used as a treatment agent for drinking water, the inclusion of debris larger than a certain size in food is accompanied by physical safety problems.
However, if this is used by enclosing it in the bag 2 of the filter material having small meshes, there is no risk of the fragments being mixed in the food and the effect thereof is not impaired. Furthermore, it is very easy to take out from the cooking container 7 after use. Example 1 As shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of zeolite stones 1 that have been finely crushed, activated, and sanitized are put in a bag 2 of filter material, and an opening is formed. 3 is sewn together, crimped, or bent to close, and this is used as a pack 4. As shown in FIG. 2, this pack 4 is put in a cooking container 7 together with water or oil 5 and cooking ingredients 6, and is boiled and cooked together. (Embodiment 2) For easier handling, it may be enclosed in a container-shaped filter material 2a having no shape deformation degree as shown in FIG. Others are the same as those in the first embodiment. (Embodiment 3) In order to make the effect uniform, as shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, it may be enclosed in the filter material 2b having a plurality of bags in accordance with the shape of the cooking container. Others are Example 1
According to. (Embodiment 4) Zeolite stone 1 may be mixed with other functional materials such as activated carbon, ceramics, etc., and seasonings, etc., and enclosed in the filter material. Others are the same as those in the first embodiment. (Embodiment 5) As shown in FIG. 6, zeolite stone 1a finely crushed and further processed into a regular shape such as a sphere may be enclosed in a filler material. Others are the same as those in the first embodiment. (Example 6) As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, zeolite 1 processed into powder is molded into a regular shape such as a sphere or a cylinder by a method such as adhesion or sintering, and 1b and 1c are enclosed in a filter material. Is also good. Others are the same as those in the first embodiment. (Embodiment 7) A method in which any one of Embodiments 2 and 3 (structure of filter material) and Embodiment 4 Embodiment 5 and Embodiment 6 (shape and type of functional material) are arbitrarily combined. EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION (a) Taking the example of rice cooking, the water put in the rice cooker together with rice contains impurities such as metal ions and organic substances even though it is tap water. Zeolites, which are finely crushed to have a large surface area and have an increased adsorption capacity, adsorb and capture them, so that delicious rice containing a small amount of these can be cooked. (B) In addition, the far infrared rays emitted from the zeolite in the process of heating and boiling enhances the cooking effect and makes it possible to cook fluffy rice with a higher degree of swelling. (C) Further, when it is used for cooking deep-fried foods such as tempura, it adsorbs and captures the impure component generated at any time, thereby preventing the oxidative deterioration of oil, and remarkably extending its service life. (D) Since it is enclosed in the filter material, fragments are not mixed in the food and it is extremely safe. (E) Since it is in the form of a pack, it is extremely easy to remove it from the cooking container after use. (F) This zeolite, including activated carbon with similar capacity, has a limited adsorption capacity and loses its capacity when it reaches an adsorption saturation state and cannot be used an unlimited number of times, but natural zeolite is almost inexhaustibly produced. It is an inexpensive material that can withstand disposable use. (G) Since it is finely crushed after use, it can be used as a growing soil for plants by utilizing its water retention capacity and adsorption and capture of nutrients. Will not be affected.
