Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate fixing of a heat-exchanger and to hardly exercise the heat influence of the heat-exchanger on electrical equipment incorporated in a body, in an air-conditioner constitution of which is such that the size of a space for a draft passage where the heat-exchanger is contained is ensured to a value higher than that of the heat-exchanger. CONSTITUTION:An end plate 11b of a heat-exchanger 11 is extended to the same size as that of a duct 9. Or, in a body 3 in which the duct 9 having the heat-exchanger 11 contained therein and electrical equipment 10 are arranged, an end plate 11b of the heat-exchanger 11 on the electrical equipment side is extended. Further, a mounting member 27 contained in the electrical equipment 10 comprises a front plate 40 positioned along the front of the body, and a rear plate 41 extending from the back of the front plate 40 to the direction of a deep position.

By the way, in recent years, the diameter of the heat exchange pipe in the heat exchanger has been reduced (to 7 mm), and even a compact heat exchanger can obtain the same capacity as the conventional one. Came. Here, in order to minimize the cost increase as an air conditioner, it is conceivable to house the compact heat exchanger described above in the main body in which the conventional heat exchanger is arranged. However, if a compact heat exchanger is simply arranged in the portion where the conventional heat exchanger is arranged, the extra space in the main body becomes large, and there is no point in using a compact heat exchanger. . Further, by storing the heat exchanger having the improved capacity in the main body, the heat radiation amount (cooling heat, heating) of the heat exchanger is increased, and the heat is exposed to other equipments stored in the main body such as electric components. It is considered that sticking may occur or abnormal heating may occur.

In view of the above problems, the present invention provides an air conditioner in which a large space is provided in the ventilation passage for accommodating the heat exchanger with respect to the size of the heat exchanger. In the above, the purpose is to arrange the heat exchanger so that the heat exchanging capacity can be maximized, and to make it difficult for other devices to receive heat radiation from the heat exchanger.

In order to achieve this object, a first aspect of the present invention is to extend at least one of the end plates of the heat exchanger in the width direction of the air passage so as to extend the heat exchanger. The width dimension between the both end plates is substantially the same as the width dimension of the air passage. A second aspect of the invention is to partition the inside of the main body into a ventilation passage chamber and an electrical equipment chamber with a partition plate, and to extend an end plate on the electrical equipment chamber side of both end plates of the heat exchanger housed in the ventilation passage chamber,
The width dimension between both end plates of this heat exchanger is made to substantially match the width dimension of the air passage.

Reference numeral 27 is a mounting member housed in the electrical equipment room 10 of the main body 3, the details of which will be described with reference to FIGS. Since the pipe 28 of the heat exchanger 11 has been made highly efficient by reducing the diameter (7 mm), the width dimension F of the heat exchanger 11 itself.
Is smaller than the width dimension D of the ventilation passage 9. Therefore, on the right side of the heat exchanger 11, the flat right end plate 11b is screwed to the rear piece 30 of the L-shaped end plate 29 as shown in FIG.
I have stopped one. In this way, the L-shaped end plate 29, which is at least one of the end plates of the heat exchanger 11, is extended in the width direction of the heat exchanger 11 by the flat right end plate 11b, and The dimension A between both end plates 11a and 11b of 11 and the width dimension D of the ventilation passage 9 are made to substantially match.
Moreover, since the flat plate-shaped right end plate 11b is arranged so as to be on the electric equipment chamber 10 side in the ventilation passage 9, the distance between the heat exchanger 11 and the electric equipment chamber 10 is increased, and the distance from the heat exchanger 11 is increased. The equipment in the electrical equipment room 10 is less likely to receive heat radiation (cooling, heating).

Reference numeral 32 is an electrically driven expansion valve, 33 is a capillary tube, all of which are refrigeration equipments 34 connected to the heat exchanger 11, and all of them are arranged near (front of) the right end plate 11b. The heat exchanger 11 and the refrigerating machine 34 are arranged side by side in the width direction of the air passage 9. As a result, the heat exchanger 11 and the refrigerating machine 34 are located above the drain pan 12. Therefore, the refrigeration equipment 34 and the right end plate 11b
The drain water attached to the heat exchanger 11 can be reliably received by the drain pan 12 like the drain water attached to the heat exchanger 11.

hidden by b. Accordingly, the actual width dimension G of the suction portion 36 is the actual width dimension D of the ventilation passage 9 (the width dimension of the discharge port 37).
Will be smaller than. That is, since the right side of the passage from the suction portion 36 to the discharge port 37 is filled with the closing member 21,
There is no risk of air flowing into this part. Therefore, of the air sucked from the suction portion 36, the air on the right side is guided to the right side surface 38 and the lower surface 39 of the closing member 21 and smoothly blown out from the discharge port 37. Therefore, this ventilation path 9

As described above, according to the first aspect of the invention, at least one of the end plates of the heat exchanger is extended in the width direction of the air passage, and the width dimension between the end plates of the heat exchanger is increased. Since the width dimension of the air passage is made substantially equal to that of the air passage, the heat exchanger can be easily fixed even if the width dimension of the heat exchanger is smaller than the width dimension of the air passage.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the inside of the main body is partitioned by a partition plate into an air passage chamber and an electrical equipment chamber, and an end plate on the electrical equipment chamber side of the both end plates of the heat exchanger housed in the air passage chamber is extended. Since the width between both end plates of this heat exchanger is made to substantially match the width of the ventilation passage, the equipment inside the electrical equipment room is less likely to be affected by the heat of the heat exchanger (radiant heat). Can be less likely to be damaged.

Further, by filling the space formed by the end plate and the wall surface of the ventilation passage with the closing member, the wind in the ventilation passage smoothly flows, and noise or abnormal noise is unlikely to occur. According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, a mounting member arranged in an electric equipment chamber in the main body whose front surface is open intersects with a front plate located along the front surface of the main body and the back surface of the front plate, and extends in the depth direction of the main body. Since it is composed of the rear plate and the electric components are attached to the front plate and the rear plate respectively, the storage space for the electric components can be effectively utilized. Moreover, by disposing light components such as a printed circuit board on the front plate and heavy components such as a transformer on the rear plate, the front becomes lighter and the rear becomes heavier, so that the work of fixing the mounting member can be facilitated. Further, by arranging the parts that require service and maintenance more than the rear plate, the service and maintenance can be performed from the front of the main body, and the workability can be improved.
