2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, most containers for packing meat, vegetables, side dishes, etc. in retail stores such as supermarkets are made of styrofoam or various synthetic resin films. However, such styrofoam and various synthetic resin films cannot be recycled and are discarded as waste after use, and there is a problem that toxic gas is generated when incinerated.

Therefore, recently, paper that can be recycled as waste paper has begun to be used. However, since the food and the like come into direct contact with the container, the water and oil contained in them are absorbed by the container, and especially for those packed with prepared food, the fibers swell because they are heated in the microwave oven, and the water and oil of the food and the like are contained. Was significantly absorbed. Therefore, various attempts have been made to improve the water repellency of the container, but since the object is food, there are legal restrictions from the viewpoint of hygiene, so that the paper with a laminated coating is put to practical use. It is only to the extent that it is done. Further, such a laminated coated cardboard material forms a primary product in the form of a sheet, and a processing step such as pressing is indispensable in order to form this into a container shape by heat pressing. It was limited to things.

In the first aspect of the present invention, the pulp, which is the main raw material of the papermaking product, is internally added with one or more of vegetable fiber, starch, persimmon astringent, and konjac paste. The strength, water repellency, airtightness, etc. are improved.
Further, in the second invention according to the present application, the water repellency, airtightness and the like of the paper product are improved by externally adding konjac paste to the paper product whose main raw material is pulp by dipping or coating. Further, in the third invention according to the present application, 10% by weight of the vegetable fiber internally added to the pulp which is the main raw material of the papermaking product is added.
By adjusting the amount to be 30% by weight, the strength of the material is improved and the air permeability is improved. Further, in the fourth invention according to the present application, the water repellency of the raw material is improved by making the starch internally added to the pulp which is the main raw material of the papermaking product 5 wt% to 8 wt%. Further, in the fifth invention according to the present application, the water repellency of the material is improved by making the persimmon astringency internally added to the pulp which is the main raw material of the papermaking product to be 2% by weight to 4% by weight. Further, in the sixth invention according to the present application, the konjac paste is internally added to the pulp which is the main raw material of the papermaking product, or externally added by dipping or coating in the papermaking product so that the content is 3% to 5% by weight. The airtightness of is improved. Further, in the seventh and eighth inventions according to the present application, waterproofness and water repellency are improved, so that it is not necessary to perform any special treatment on the paper product.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An apparatus for carrying out the present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the drawings, and a papermaking product and a papermaking method of the present invention will be described while describing the operating state of the apparatus. The mixing of the sizing agent into the raw material liquid F is defined as internal addition, and the adhesion to the papermaking product 3 is defined as external addition.

First, as a raw material, a raw material liquid F prepared by mixing or impregnating a raw material liquid F with a thermosetting resin or the like in a dispersion liquid of cellulose, which is the main raw material of pulp, is taken out in fixed amounts, and the papermaking process shown in FIG. When this state is continued for a certain period of time, the solid component S in the raw material liquid F is extracted on the carrier net 13 to form a web-like layer having a certain thickness.
The liquid component L passes through the mesh of the carrier net 13 and flows further downward. When the flow-down of the liquid component L is completed in this way, the solid component S having a predetermined shape remains on the carrier net 13, and the solid component S is transferred to the drying step at this position or by a transfer device (not shown) and dried by an appropriate means. Apply processing.

Next, the raw material liquid F, which is a characteristic method of the present invention,
Regarding the internal addition of vegetable fiber, starch, persimmon astringent, and konjac paste to, the action and principle of each will be explained. i) Internal addition of vegetable fiber The raw material liquid F is a product obtained by mixing or impregnating a raw material with a thermosetting resin or the like in a dispersion liquid of cellulose fibers obtained by crushing wood or the like which is a main raw material of pulp. In addition, tufts (fiber lumps) of cotton fibers or hemp fibers, which are vegetable fibers, are roughly cleaved with a beater to make individual fibers relatively free, and then internally added. By the way, the cellulose fibers obtained from wood are straight. When the solid component S is deposited on the carrier net 13 in the papermaking process, the cellulose fibers and the plant fibers are intricately entangled with each other, and the natural twist peculiar to the plant fibers increases the friction between the fibers to increase the tension of the solid component S. Increase strength.
As a result, the strength of the paper product 3 is increased. Furthermore, since the water content of the solid component S is reduced by internally adding the vegetable fiber, the processing time in the drying step is shortened. Further, since the plant fiber is shrunk (in a natural twisted state), the air permeability of the papermaking product 3 is increased. As a result, it can be applied as a container for natto or the like. The internal addition ratio at which a remarkable effect is obtained was 10% by weight to 30% by weight as confirmed by experiments.

Ii) Internal addition of starch Starch adheres to the intersections of the cellulose fibers and strengthens the connection between the cellulose fibers, so that the web-like delamination can be prevented. In addition, since the conventional products did not have a substance that acts as a binder, when they were heated in a microwave oven for heating food, the entangled cellulose fibers were disentangled and absorbed water and oil in the food. However, in the method according to the present invention, the starch serves as a binder between the cellulose and fixes the fibers, so that the fibers are prevented from unraveling and can be handled in a microwave oven. The internal addition ratio that produces a remarkable effect is
When confirmed by experiments, it was 5% to 8% by weight. In this example, cationic starch is used as an example.

Iii) Internal Addition of Kakishibu In Kakishibu, tannin, which is the main component, is oxidized on the surface of fibers or in the interstices of the fibers to polymerize and combine with inorganic ions to form a strong film to protect cellulose and impart water resistance. Therefore, the absorption of water by the fibers is suppressed and the water repellency of the surface of the papermaking product 3 is improved. The internal addition ratio at which a remarkable effect was obtained was 2% by weight to 4% by weight as confirmed by experiments.

Iv) Internal addition of konjac paste Since konjac paste gels glucomannan, which is the main component, to fill many porous holes formed on the surface of the paper product 3, the air permeability of the paper product 3 is eliminated, Prevents the passage of steam. This makes it possible to handle vacuum packing of foods and the like. The internal addition ratio at which a remarkable effect is obtained is 3% by weight to 5% by weight as confirmed by experiments.

V) External Addition of Konjac Paste In addition, in iv), the method defined in claim 7 was explained. However, as defined in claim 8, it was dipped or dipped in a papermaking product 3 containing pulp as a main raw material. The same effect can be obtained by externally adding konjac paste by coating.
The external addition ratio at which a remarkable effect is obtained was 3% by weight to 5% by weight as confirmed by experiments.

[Other Examples] In the previous example, the manufacturing method by papermaking was adopted, but the point is that the material of the packaging material such as food is vegetable fiber,
As long as starch, persimmon astringent, and konjac paste are internally added, it is also possible to adopt a method in which the paper product 3 is formed into a flat state like a conventional product and is processed and formed by pressing or the like.

Furthermore, in the eighth invention according to the present application, the water repellency, airtightness, etc. of the paper product 3 are improved by externally adding konjac paste to the paper product 3 by dipping or coating. From the above, since the water content of the solid component S is reduced by the internal addition of the vegetable fiber, starch, persimmon astringent, and konjac paste to the raw material liquid F, the processing time in the drying step is shortened, the productivity is improved, and the cost is improved. Down is planned. Further, a packaging material such as food having a complicated shape and rich water repellency can be easily manufactured.
