However, in a fireproof panel having such a structure, under high heat, the front surface material and the back surface material are deformed in different directions by being pulled toward the heating side due to the difference in heat conduction. Due to this, a gap is created in the connecting part, and heat and flame leak from this part to the other side, and J
There was a defect that the test of IS-A-1304 for a fire resistant structure for 1 hour could not be passed. Further, when the fire-resistant panel is attached to the body with a fixture such as a nail or a screw, the end of the male connecting portion is compressed and deformed by the fastening pressure of the fixture, which makes it difficult to fit. there were.

Further, in a fire resistant panel having a core material of phenol foam alone, the mechanical strength of the end portion of the core material is weak, the bending strength is poor and the wind pressure resistance is poor, and it is necessary to shorten the mounting pitch to the frame, so that the construction efficiency is high. There is a disadvantage in that the cost is significantly lowered and the cost is increased by installing many furring edges. In addition, the adhesion strength between the surface material and the back surface material and the core material is weak, and there is a drawback that the surface material, the back surface material and the core material, in particular, end portions are separated by a small impact.

Ammonium polyphosphate is used as a reaction control material and a flame retardant material, when 1 to 25 parts by weight of the phenol foam stock solution is mixed with the phenol foam stock solution. The particle size is 30-100 μ. Further, graphite is mixed in an amount of 2 to 30 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the phenol foam stock solution. The effect is that the phenol foam is carbonized at the time of fire to form voids, and the voids are closed with graphite expanded by heating to prevent deterioration of fire resistance performance due to thinning of the meat.

Further, the recessed line incombustible body 26 has a V-shaped groove 26a as shown by a chain double-dashed line in FIG. 3B, and a guide V groove for the fixture γ is formed at the center of the fixed groove 11. It can also be a fitting groove. Further, the configuration is shown in FIG.
It can be formed as shown in (d). That is, FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b) show ALC, polymer cement mainly composed of cement and phenol resin, and one or more inorganic reinforcing materials 39 such as inorganic fibers, metal fibers, wires, and metal nets.
Is a non-combustible strip 26 in which the grooves are directly arranged so that the recesses 27 can directly serve as fitting surfaces.

In FIG. 5 (c), the inorganic reinforcing material 39 is built in the entire inline streak incombustible body 26, and a lightweight aggregate such as pearlite particles, air 40, etc. are contained between the compositions of the incline streak incombustible body 26 itself. It is the concave streak non-combustible body 26 which is incorporated to reduce the weight and to insulate. FIG. 5 (d) shows a concave strip incombustible body 2 having the above-mentioned composition.
The outer surface of 6 is covered with a metal foil 41.

As described above, according to the fireproof panel of the present invention, the mechanical strength of the fireproof panel is significantly improved as compared with the conventional case. Fireproof structure test of building structure (JIS-A-
1304), fire protection test for building fire doors (JIS-A-1
311), fireproof warehouse (JIS-S-1037), etc. The adhesion between the surface material, the back surface material and the core material is strong, and there is no separation between the members. No deformation such as swelling or warpage appears on the surface material or the back surface material. Aluminum hydroxide exerts an anticorrosion function on iron due to its tendency to ionize, and not only protects the front and back surfaces of backside materials, but also
Phenolic foam absorbs water and transports aluminum ions to the wood mouth as the water flows, protecting the most rusty parts in the natural environment. Since the connecting part has a triple insertion structure, the engaging force is strong,
Moreover, since the shape of the fitting portion is a blade shape, a wedge shape, an inclined surface, or the like, the work can be performed very easily. The structure in which the concave-line incombustible body is in contact with the side surface between the front and back surfaces greatly improves the compression strength and fire resistance, and there is no leakage to the side surface of the core material, resulting in a significant improvement in yield by approximately 50%. it can. There are characteristics and effects.
