In order to maintain the excellent drainage performance of the water-permeable artificial grass lawn tile, the perforated portion of the base cloth and the water-permeable hole of the drainage deck are aligned with each other to form an open hole. It is necessary to form a part. However, the artificial lawn body is a flexible cloth that is easily deformed, and when laminated and joined to the drainage deck, the water permeation hole of the base fabric is misaligned with the water permeation hole of the drainage deck and cannot be connected, or used for bonding. The water permeability of the artificial lawn tile was often impaired by blocking the water permeable holes with the adhesive. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing an artificial lawn tile having excellent water permeability by reliably penetrating these water permeable holes, and a manufacturing apparatus therefor.

First, the artificial lawn body 1 will be described.
The artificial lawn main body 1 is composed of a portion 11 corresponding to turf and a base cloth 12 for fixing the turf portion, and has an action of artificially forming turf and imparting the feel and appearance of the turf. The artificial lawn body 1 is usually made by tufting or knitting synthetic fibers. In the case of tufting, the base cloth 12 and the turf portion 11 have different structures. Both are usually organized together. For example, plain woven fabric using split yarn such as polypropylene and polyethylene, polyester filament,
An artificial lawn in which split yarns such as polyamide, polypropylene, and polyvinylidene chloride and cut piles of monofracture are planted on a base fabric such as a knitted fabric, cut into a predetermined length, and lined with a backing material such as rubber or synthetic resin. , Artificial grass lawn cloth coated with a backing material on the protruding portion of the pile yarn on the back side, artificial grass lawn cloth knitted using a double Raschel knitting machine and slice-cut at the center. These artificial lawn cloth bodies 1 are base cloth 12
Even if it has some water permeability, it is generally not enough, and if it is left as it is, water will easily accumulate on the surface of the artificial grass.

The holding means 3 is not limited to a system in which the above-mentioned laminated bodies are set one by one on a holding table by using a person or a machine and punched, and a plurality of sets are set side by side and punched at one time. Alternatively, a method of automatically setting and punching in combination with a conveyer for conveying the laminated body can be used. The heating plate 8 has a function of a heat source for heating the heat pin, and an electric plate heater or an electric embedded heater can be used. The heat transfer plate 9 has a function of fixing the heat pin 6 and efficiently transmitting the heat of the heating plate 8 to the heat pin 6, and it is desirable to use a metal having a high thermal conductivity. The heating plate 8 and the heat transfer plate 9 can also be formed by molding the same material substantially integrally. The heat insulating plate 10 is attached so that the heat transfer plate 9 does not directly touch the plastic drainage deck 2 on the holding table 3 to be melted or deformed, and for the safety of operation. The surface temperature of the heat insulating plate 10 depends on the material of the drainage deck 2,
For example, it is selected in consideration of the bonding temperature of the hot melt adhesive used for bonding the artificial lawn main body 1 and the drainage deck 2.
