粘着シートの粘着面が平面的に接するように粘着シート
を案内する案内手段を有し、かつ該案内手段が位置調節
手段によって上記布帛に対して圧接及び離反する方向に
移動でき、それによって粘着シートの布帛への接触圧が
調整可能に形成されている粘着式集塵装置が、また特開
昭64−77674号公報には互いに圧接されかつその圧接部
に処理布帛を挟圧ガイドする一対の不純物付着ロール
と、この不純物付着ロールに付着された不純物を掻き集
めるための湾曲板と、掻き集められた不純物を除去洗浄
するためのシャワーノズルを設けた布帛表面の不純物装
置が提案されている。
