【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】粘液付着量調整板を備えた粘液壺と、該粘
液壺に浸漬され上記粘液付着量調整板との間から上記粘
液壺内の粘液を表面に所定厚に付着させた状態で取出す
粘液送りローラと、該粘液送りローラの側方に配設され
該粘液送りローラの回転方向と同一方向に回転する粘液
付着ローラとを具備し、上記粘液送りローラの表面に付
着した粘液を上記粘液付着ローラを介して麺類に付着さ
せるように構成し、且つ上記粘液付着量調整板の一面側
の先端縁部を該先端縁部に沿って所定間隔をあけて押圧
し上記粘液付着量調整板と粘液送りローラとの間の隙間
を狭める複数個の隙間狭め用調整ボルトと、該隙間狭め
用調整ボルトによる押圧点の中間部を上記粘液付着量調
整板の他面側から押圧して該粘液付着量調整板と上記粘
液送りローラとの間の隙間を拡げる複数個の隙間拡げ用
調整ボルトとを具備し、上記両調整ボルトの調整により
上記粘液付着量調整板を波型に屈曲させて、粘液送りロ
ーラに複数条の粘液を付着させるようになしてあること
を特徴とする麺類への粘液付着装置。
