Abstract

PURPOSE:To make cutting work achievable to an optional paper size without entailing any parts replacement, in a form printing machine. CONSTITUTION:Four harmonic drives 3-1, 3-2, 3-3 and 3-4 are used, thereby rotating two working cylinders 10 and 12. Each adjusting shaft of these harmonic drives 3-1 and 3-4 is rotated by a stepping motor 6-1 via a speed change gear and each adjusting shaft of the harmonic drives 3-2 and 3-3 by another stepping motor 6-2 as well, respectively. In addition, a signal is generated by a cam 7 and a sensor 8 of a working shaft, and adjusting time and range is determined by a control panel 9, and then one side of the motors or both are driven, whereby the working shaft is shifted at a moment.

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、フォーム印刷機の、ファイルパンチと、横ミ
シン、または、シートカットの加工において、縦サイズ
の変更に伴う、シリンダー、ギヤ、ホィール等の交換
を、不要にする、装置に、関するものである。従来のフ
ォーム印刷機は、ファイルパンチの加工の時、縦サイズ
に、合わせて、ホィールの大きさを、製作して、加工軸
に、取り付けていた。当然ギヤも同様に、ホィールの大
きさに、合ったものを取り付ける。その後は個々に取り
換えるのが、面倒な為、小フレームに、組み込んで、ユ
ニット化したものもある。しかし、どちらにせよ、縦サ
イズが、変わる度に、取り換える必要があり、取り換え
に時間が必要となる。又、コストも、馬鹿にならない程
である。横ミシンにしても、同様であるが、こちらは、
ギヤは、横ミシンシリンダーに、常に組み込んだもの
が、主流で有る。しかし、縦サイズ事に、シリンダー
と、ギヤを、制作する必要がある。そして、縦サイズ
が、変わる度に、シリンダーを、取り換えるので、面倒
であると同時に、コストも、高くなる。それと、横ミシ
ン刃の、交換にも、自動化が難しく、人手に、頼らなく
てはならない。横ミシンシリンダーは、固定にして、ギ
ヤのみ交換するタイプも有るが、こちらは、紙の速さ
と、シリンダーの、周速とが、合わない為に、精度が悪
くなる事の他、機械のスピードが、遅くなる欠点があ
る。シートカットも、横ミシンと、全く同様にギヤ交換
と、シリンダー交換のタイプが有る。しかし、何れにせ
よ、交換が、必要な為、時間とコストがかかる。本発明
は、その欠点を除く為に、考案されたもので、これを、
図面について説明すれば (イ)駆動元ギヤ(1−1)に、ギヤ(2−1)を、噛
み合わせる。 (ロ)ギヤ(2−1)に、ハーモニック(3−1)の、
サーキュラ・スプラインS側を取り付ける。反対側の、
サーキュラ・スプラインD側に、ギヤ(2−2)を、取
り付ける。 (ハ)ギヤ(2−2)にギヤ(2−3)を噛み合わせる (ニ)ギヤ(2−3)に、ハーモニック(3−2)の、
D側を取り付け、S側には、フランジ(2−4)を、取
り付ける。 (ホ)フランジ(2−4)にハーモニック(3−3)の
D側を取り付け、S側にはギヤ(2−5)を取り付け
る。 (ヘ)ギヤ(2−5)にギヤ(2−6)を噛み合わせる (ト)ギヤ(2−6)に、ハーモニック(3−4)の、
S側を取り付け、D側にはギヤ(2−7)を取り付け
る。 (チ)ギヤ(2−7)に、横ミシン刃(14)を、取り
付けられる、横ミシンシリンダー(12)の、横ミシン
シリンダーギヤ(13)を、噛み合わせる。 (リ)さらに横ミシンシリンダー(12)に、タイミン
グ用のカム(7)を、取り付ける。 (ヌ)カム(7)の先に、タイミング用のセンサー
(8)を、配置し、タイミング信号を取り出す。 (ル)制御盤(9)に、加工の縦サイズを、設定し、セ
ンサー(8)より、タイミング信号が、送られてくると
設定値に応じた、パルス数をステッピグモータ(6−
1)及び、(6−2)に送る。 (ヲ)送られてきたパルス数にもとずき、ステッピング
モータ(6−1)と(6−2)は、必要な角度だけ、回
転する。 (ワ)ステッピングモータ(6−1)には、ギヤ(5−
1)を取り付け、ステッピングモータ(6−2)にギヤ
(5−2)を取り付ける。 (カ)ギヤ(5−1)には、変速ギヤ(4−1)を、噛
み合わせて、ハーモニック(3−1),(3−4)の、
調整軸を、同時に動かす。 (ヨ)又ギヤ(5−2)には、変速ギヤ(4−2)を、
噛み合わせて、ハーモニック(3−2),(3−3)
の、調整軸を、同時に動かす。 本装置は、以上のようを構成で、タイミング信号が、送
られてくると、一瞬のうちに、横ミシンシリンダーの、
回転を変化させて、印刷の縦サイズに、加工位置を、合
わせて加工するものである。ステッピングモータが、回
転していないときは、紙の、速さと、横ミシンシリンダ
ーの周速は、向じになる様に、横ミシンシリンダーと、
横ミシンシリンダーギヤは、直径は工夫されたものであ
る。シートカットの場合は、横ミシンシシリンダーの、
ミシン刃の代わりに、カット刃を、使用するだけで、可
能であるが、チョップ式の時には、横ミシン圧胴の代わ
りに下刃を固定し、上刃のシリンダーは、太くして、紙
よりも早く、回るようにすれば良い。ファイルパンチの
場合は、ブッシュホィール軸のギヤ、又は、ピンホィー
ル軸のギヤに、ギヤ(2−7)を、噛み合わせて駆動と
すれば、同様に、制御盤に、セットするだけで、印刷サ
イズに、加工位置を、合わせる事が、可能で、簡単且
つ、低コストで、縦サイズ変更が容易に出来る。
