回転自在に取付けることができる。即ち、挿通されたヒ
ンジピンが、筒体、筒部及び被覆部により覆われている
ので、ヒンジピンに対して不所望に外力が印加されるこ
とはなく、そして、ヒンジピンの径小部の上下凹所に夫
々突起及び突部を嵌合しているため、ヒンジピンは中蓋
を蓋体より取り外さない限り、外れることはない。更に
