I do. However, the toner T 1 part of the toner T 1 which is filled in the developer supply container 1 when filling the toner T 1 is cause scattered in the direction B shown from the toner filling opening 3 inside the periphery of the filling port 3 The toner T 2 attached to the toner remains. Then, the cap convex cap member 2 when adhered toner T 2 is pressed in the direction C illustrated the cap member 2 in the toner filling port 3 of the developer supply container 1, as shown in FIG. (B) while remaining attached The part 5 pressurizes the filling port 3 with a strong force, and the adhered toner T 2 is solidified by the pressurization, and solidified toner T 3 is produced. As shown in FIG. 6 (b), the solidified toner T 3 has the cap member 2 completely attached and sealed, as shown in FIG. 6 (a).
As shown in, the toner T 1 in the developer supply container 1 has been mixed. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7, the toner T 1 filled in the developing device 7 contains the solidified toner T 3 , and the toner T 1 is consumed by the operation of the developing device 7 and the developing roll 6 and Wear between the doctor blades 8. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 8, solidified toner T 3 toner as powder conventional example not shown on the developing roller 6
Developing roll 6 that is not applied with T 1 and contacts solidified toner T 3.
Traces are left as streaks 9 on the upper surface. As a result, there is a problem that an image loss occurs in the image forming apparatus (not shown) (the image is not developed, and thus white lines are generated on the image-formed sheet). In addition, cleaning the toner charging port after filling the developer replenishing container 1 with toner in order to prevent the generation of the solidified toner T 3 has a problem in that the work efficiency is extremely low. .

In the figure, when the cap member 14 is press-fitted into the toner filling port 16 of the developer supply container 15, the cap member 14 is located in front of the cap convex portion 17 of the cap member 14 in the toner filling port 16 entering direction, and has a thickness of 0.1 to 0.5, for example. The cap thin film convex portion 18 integrated with the cap member 14 is formed so as to be extremely thin and have an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the toner filling port 16 by about 0.1 to 4 mm.

The toner T then comes into contact with the inside of the toner filling port 16 while lightly touching it, and at this time, while adhering the toner T 2 adhering to the inside of the toner filling port 16 while scraping it with a light pressure, the toner T No. 2 is stored in the developer supply container 15 as a normal powder toner without solidification. Further, the cap member 14 is inserted into the toner filling port 16 so that the cap convex portion 17 abuts against the toner filling port and is attached to the fixing position shown in the drawing while contacting the inside of the toner filling port 16. Since the adhered toner T 2 does not already exist inside the inside of 16, solidified toner is not generated.
