Claims (4)
端縁部にそれぞれ取り付ける上枠材及び下枠材とからな
るガラリ枠体と、ガラリ枠体の縦枠材間に該縦枠材の上
下方向に等間隔で並設される複数枚の羽根板とで構成さ
れる木製ガラリにおいて、上記各羽根板は、その両端部
が、左右一対の縦枠材に設けた羽根板の断面形状と同一
の開口形状からなる取付用貫通孔に嵌入されていること
を特徴とする木製ガラリ。1. 溝を等間隔で羽根板の取付枚数分形成した2つの板部材
を、その各板部材における傾斜溝の開口部どうしが整合
され且つ整合する2つの傾斜溝の断面形状の組み合せに
より取付用貫通孔の開口形状が構成されるように対向配
置させた状態で接着一体化した後、その接合部材を縦枠
材の厚さに裁断加工することにより作製されることを特
徴とする木製ガラリの製造方法。3. からなる溝加工用回転刃を用いて行うことを特徴とする
