Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture a wooden louver consisting of a louver frame body capable of flexibly correspond to a dimensional tolerance for a position to be mounted finely and a plurality of vane plates arranged to the inside of the frame body simply and efficiently with high degree of accuracy. CONSTITUTION:Such a mounting construction of vane plates 3 is adopted as both end sections of them are inserted in mounting through-holes 8 of the same opening shape as the sectional shape of the vane plates provided to jambs 4 and 5 in a louver frame body. The manufacture of the jambs 4 and 5 equipped with the mounting through-holes 8 is such that two plates having inclined channels inclining at the same angle as a sectional shape of the vane plates by a channel process and having channel width equivalent to plate thickness of the van plates and forming mounted portions of the plates at equal interval are made to adhere to combine with each other in an opposed and arranged state so that the opening shape of the mounting through-holes is formed by combination of sectional shapes of two matching inclined channels. After that, the manufacture is executed by cutting and processing the joint members in the thickness of the jambs, and a perforation process is not required.

Incidentally, when the wooden louver 50 is attached to the door 51, as shown in FIG. 13, the louver 50 is attached to a predetermined portion of the core member 52 which is a skeleton of the door 51.
A mounting frame 53 is provided for fitting. In the mounting frame 53, for example, the frame members 55 and 56 are provided between the lower bar (lower frame) 53 which is a part of the door core member 52 and the horizontal bar 54 with an interval corresponding to the width of the louver frame body 64. It is formed by fixing. The wooden louver 50 has the mounting frame 53, that is, the lower rail 53, the horizontal rail 54, and the frame members 55 and 56.
It is mounted by fitting it in a frame surrounded by and fixing the louver frame body 64 and a predetermined portion of the mounting frame 53 by nailing or the like as required. In the figure, 57 is a surface plate of the door 51, and 58 is a door knob.

However, the mounting frame 53 as described above is used.
In general, since there is a slight dimensional error, sometimes a gap is created between the louver 50 and the mounting frame 53, and sometimes the louver 50 cannot be completely fitted into the opening of the mounting frame 53. There is a problem. In such a case, the wooden louver 50 can absorb the dimensional error in the mounting frame 53 by the louver side by taking advantage of the characteristics such as the bending of the tree, and cope with it to some extent, but there is a limit naturally. That is, the above-mentioned gap is the vertical frame member 6 of the louver 50.
When it occurs between 0 and 61, the vertical frame members 60 and 61
While this can be dealt with by pushing the blades outward in the left and right directions, there is a problem that a gap is created between the vertical frame members 60 and 61 and both ends of the blade 70. If the louver 50 cannot be fitted completely due to a dimensional error of the attachment frame 53 on the vertical frame members 60 and 61 side of the louver 50, the vertical frame member 6
It can be dealt with by pushing 0 and 61 inward in the left and right direction. However, in the conventional wooden louver 50, since the blade plate 70 has the tenon mounting structure as described above, the vertical frame member 6
Pushing 0, 61 inward is the blade plate 7 except the tenon 71
There is a problem that it is impossible because it is regulated by the body width of 0 and it cannot be dealt with in practice.

On the other hand, in manufacturing a conventional wooden louver, forming the tenon 71 on the blade 70 requires a complicated processing step, and it is difficult to ensure the dimensional accuracy. That is, for example, when forming a tenon in a mountain-shaped blade having a V-shaped cross section, as shown in FIG. 15, a cutting process for forming the protrusions 81 on both ends of the plate member 80 (a in the same figure). , A cutting and separating process for sequentially making diagonal cuts 82 and 83 alternately from both surface sides of the plate member 81 toward the ridge 81 (FIG. 7B), and the cut and separated vane plate 7
It is necessary to cut off the upper and lower portions of the protrusions 81a remaining at the left and right ends of the 0 to form a tenon shape 71 (c in the figure) and the like, and high dimensional accuracy is required in any of the processing steps. It was In the edging of the tip end portion of the mountain-shaped blade plate, the blade plate obtained through each of the above-mentioned steps was subjected to the edging process in another step, so that the fixed number increased and the work efficiency was poor.

Further, when forming the mortise holes 65 in the vertical frame members 60 and 61 corresponding to the mortises 71 of the vane plate 70, it is troublesome to make a large number of holes by piercing, which is complicated. It was more difficult to secure the dimensional accuracy in the above than the cutting process. Therefore, since either the tenon of the blade plate or the tenon of the vertical frame member is not accurately formed, the blade plate may not be firmly fixed and may rattle.

Further, in the conventional manufacture of wooden louvers, various processing steps are generally required, and the processing operations (movement of the work slide table, etc.) are complicated and diversified, so each processing is controlled by NC. It was difficult to configure it efficiently.

As described above, the wooden louver of the present invention has a through-hole for mounting which has the same opening shape as the cross-sectional shape of the blade plate provided with the both end portions of the blade plate on the vertical frame member of the glass frame body. Even if there is a dimensional error in the mounting location of the wooden louver, the vertical frame material can be easily bent in both the left and right directions to absorb the error and deal with it. As a result, good mounting is possible. In addition, since the blade plate is used as it is to fit into the mounting through hole, the strength is superior and the dimensional change due to humidity is less likely to occur as compared with the tenon mounting structure. Further, the wooden louver using the mountain-shaped blades can prevent the other side from being seen from any angle, and is excellent in a blindfold function.

Further, according to the manufacturing method of the present invention, the pair of left and right vertical frame members provided with the mounting through-holes having the above-mentioned opening shape can be processed in substantially the same direction without any drilling process. Since it can be produced by grooving and cutting that only requires linear movement, NC control processing is possible, and the above-mentioned wooden jar can be manufactured easily with high accuracy and efficiency. This ensures good attachment of the vane to the vertical frame.
