Abstract

PURPOSE:To display an optional level in a tank and reduce the cost by providing a partition plate in the tank of a hydraulic power unit, applying upper and lower marks on the plate face of the partition plate, and displaying the height of the oil level. CONSTITUTION:This hydraulic elevator is provided with a hydraulic jack constituted of a cylinder and a plunger and the hydraulic power oil connected to the hydraulic jack via an oil feed pipe. The tank 6 of a hydraulic power unit is provided with a suction pipe 8 feeding oil to a pump which is a hydraulic apparatus and having a strainer 10 at the suction tip section, a return pipe 9 returning oil to the tank 6, a partition plate 7 concurrently serving as an oil level detecting device and displaying the highest/lowest positions of the oil level, and a cover 11 opened when the display of the oil level is confirmed. Level marks are applied at the highest/lowest positions of the oil level of the partition plate 7, which can be used as an oil level gauge.

[Operation] An oil level gauge (oil level gauge) is provided in the tank of the hydraulic power unit to check the level of the oil level. The oil level gauge decided to use a partition plate to separate the flow of oil sucked into the hydraulic equipment pump, which was previously placed in the tank, and the flow of return oil into the tank. Hydraulic elevators come in various structures, from small to large-capacity models, and various tank structures come out. Therefore, the indication of the oil level will change, and it will be necessary to design and manufacture each time. Since the partition plate is on a steel plate and can be easily processed, the position to mark on the plate surface can be easily manufactured. As for the marking method, holes or grooves may be cut out. By the above method, an oil level gauge can be installed to check the level of the oil level.
