(Prior Art) A bag body in which a plurality of bag portions are continuously arranged next to each other is wound around one of four limbs in a cylindrical shape, and compressed air is sequentially supplied to each bag portion to repeat the expansion / contraction motion, There is a pneumatic massager that effectively performs the pneumatic massager.
In this massager, as shown in FIG.
Assuming that the bag body 1 composed of 1a to 1e is wrapped around the human body's foot or the like, the compressed air distributed by the compressed air source 2 is passed through the hose 3 to the bag portion 1a located above the foot 1e. It is sequentially sending and exhausting to. The expansion of the bag portion due to this is sequentially transferred from the bag portion 1a to the bag portions 1b to 1e, and this is appropriately repeated. As a result, blood circulating in the legs is positively sent from the peripheral portion toward the heart, which brings about an effective massage effect such as muscle fatigue and swelling of the legs.

That is, conventionally, the flow rate adjusting mechanism 2a by the compressed air supply source 2 is used.
Therefore, while the massage is being performed, while the person himself / herself is adjusting the degree of pressure or another person is listening to the degree of pressure of the person himself, he / she experiences the inconvenience that the flow rate cannot be adjusted at hand. In addition, in a state in which the desired bag portion of each bag portion is pressed, the compressed state is continuously maintained, the place is moved while the bag is worn, or other recovery exercise is performed. I couldn't do that.

(Operation) Since the present invention is configured as described above, when the bag body is wrapped around a portion to be massaged such as a foot or an arm in a cylindrical shape, and compressed air is sequentially supplied to the bag body from a compressed air source through a hose. , Repeat the expansion and contraction in order to give a proper massage. In particular,
While performing massage as described above, the flow rate control mechanism provided at hand can adjust the flow rate to an appropriate level, so that the desired massage effect can be obtained, and when the socket and plug provided near each bag are separated, Since the valve of the socket or plug on the part side is automatically closed, it is possible to maintain the state of supplying compressed air to any bag part while it is disconnected from the compressed air source, and move to the place with pressure. You can

Reference numeral 5 denotes a bag body that is wrapped around any one of the four limbs of the human body. The bag body 5 is formed by connecting a plurality of bag portions 5a to 5d in series. Here, for convenience, the bag is composed of four bags, but the number is not limited to this. These bag parts 5a to 5d are
Usually, two non-breathable sheets having relatively large elasticity are overlapped and the boundary portion B is formed by joining by means such as high-frequency heat bonding. Since the bag body 5 needs to be joined at both ends when it is wrapped around a part to be massaged of a human body, the fastener 4 or an appropriate joining means is provided at this end portion.

The pipe joints of the two examples shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 and FIGS. 4 and 5 each consist of a pair of plugs 7 and 7a and sockets 8 and 8a, and male parts of the plugs 7 and 7a. When 31 is inserted into the insertion holes of the sockets 8 and 8a, the locking ring 10 suspended and supported by the flexible tongues 12 projecting from the main tubular member of the sockets 8 and 8a is flexible. The locking piece 11 of the locking wheel 10 allows the male piece 31 to enter, and the locking piece 11 of the locking wheel 10 that has once moved downward is a plug. 7,7a
It engages with the locking groove 13 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the male piece, and the plug and socket are integrally coupled and locked as shown in FIG. Further, when the pressing pieces 33, 33a formed on the locking ring 10 that engages with the outer peripheral groove of the socket 8, 8a main body are pressed in the direction of bending the tongue piece 12 against the elastic force of the tongue piece 12, The locking piece
The engagement state between 11 and the locking groove 13 is released, and the male piece 31 can be easily pulled out to separate the plug and the socket.

Next, the case of adjusting the flow rate by the flow rate adjusting mechanism at the hand position will be described. In the pipe joint shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the rotary cylinder 15a is used.
Turn the socket clockwise from the opening end side of the socket to
Moves to the socket opening side along the spiral guide groove 29,
With the movement of the pin 30, the pipe body 14 and the valve push pipe 32 move to the right in the drawing. Further, when the rotary cylinder 15a is rotated counterclockwise from the forward position, the guide pin 30 returns to the original position, and the tube body 14,
The valve push pipe 32 also retracts. The sliding valve 19a provided on the plug 7 is
Normally, the flow path is blocked by the elastic force of the spring 20a,
When the rotary cylinder 15a on the socket 8 side is rotated clockwise while the socket 8 and the plug 7 are connected to move the push valve pipe 32 forward in the right direction in the figure, the flow passage is resisted against the elastic force of the spring 20. Inner tube 21a
The push valve pipe 32 presses the slide valve 19a through the slide valve 19a, and the slide valve 19a slides to open the fluid passage. The greater the degree of turning of the rotary cylinder 15a, the more the valve push pipe 32 moves forward to increase the opening of the sliding valve 19a, allowing more fluid to flow, and conversely, if the degree of turning is less, the sliding valve 19a
The difference in a is also small. In this way, the flow rate can be adjusted by adjusting the opening / closing degree of the sliding valve 19a by operating the rotary cylinder 15a.

In addition, in the pipe joint shown in FIG. 4 and FIG.
When the socket 7a and the socket 8a are integrally coupled and locked, the tip of the tubular body 21 having the slide valve 19 of the plug 7 comes into contact with the push valve portion 28 of the socket 8a, and the tubular body 21 causes the spring 20 to rebound. And the sliding valve 19 integral therewith is separated from the valve seat, and the communication hole of the socket 8a and the communication hole of the plug 7a communicate with each other.

In this way, when the rotary cylinder 15 on the plug 7a side is rotated with the socket 8a and the plug 7a connected, the front member 16 and the front member 16 connected to the tubular body along with the rotary cylinder 15 are rotated. The flow rate adjusting disc 18 that is locked to also rotates within a range in which the protrusion 24 of the flow rate adjusting disc 18 can move within the guide groove 26, and the fan-shaped hole 25 of the rear member 17 and the flow rate adjusting disc 18 are At the rotation angle where the fan-shaped hole 22 matches, the opening amount of the flow hole becomes maximum, and the flat surface 27 of the rear member 17 causes the flow rate adjusting disc.
It becomes zero when the 18 fan-shaped holes 22 are closed. Therefore,
By rotating the rotary cylinder 15 leftward or rightward, the flow rate can be variably adjusted in the range from 0 to the fully open flow rate.

When the socket and plug are separated, both pipe joints are equipped with sliding valves 1 for controlling the flow rate, which are provided on the plugs 7 and 7a side, respectively.
Since 9,19a is pressed by the elastic force of the springs 20 and 20a to close the flow path, the fluid is blocked at the moment when the pipe joint is separated,
The closed state is maintained until the connection is made again by the above method.

That is, while the massage is being performed as described above, since the flow rate can be easily adjusted at the hand portion, not only the person performing the massage can adjust the flow rate to a desired state, but another person can also adjust the flow rate. The flow rate can be adjusted by hand while listening to the massage effect. Moreover, when the socket and plug are separated, the valve inside the socket or plug on the bag side automatically closes, so it is possible to keep the pressure on any bag. Up to now, it can be moved separately from the compressed air source, and the conventional problems to be solved can be solved at once.
