Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔発明の技術分野〕 本発明は健康食品に関し、より詳細には凍結乾燥ケフイ
ア・ヨーグルトを有効主成分とする健康食品に関する。

日)、この凍結乾燥ヨーグルトが抗腫瘍活性、抗血栓症
作用および免疫賦活性等の生理効果を有し、特にマイト
マイシンに匹敵する抗腫瘍活性を有することを明らかに
した。

ことができる健康食品を提供することを目的とするもの
