発泡粒子に無機ガスを該発泡粒子が合着しない緩和な温
度下でかつ加圧下において気相含浸させて、無機ガス含
有量が0.5モル/kg(重合体)以上になるように二次
予備発泡粒子に内圧付与し、これを無機ガス含有量が
0.5モル/kg(重合体)未満に減少する迄に発泡成形
用型に充填し、TP +15℃〜TP −20℃の温度域で
水蒸気導入により加熱発泡させて発泡成形品を得ること
を特徴とする発泡重合体成形品の製造方法が提供され
