(Problems to be solved by the invention) With conventional paper diapers, regardless of whether it is a flat type or a pants type, it is applied from the waist to the inseam and onto the abdomen, but the part sandwiched between the crotch is large vertically. In accordance with the fact that the inner side of the paper diaper near the crotch in the supine position is steeply inclined in accordance with the fact that the water-permeable sheet and the water absorbing layer on the inner surface side of the paper diaper are difficult to adhere to each other in the supine position, defecation, After the water from urination is absorbed by the water absorption layer, it flows downward due to gravity, so it gets wet from the buttocks to the lower waist,
It cannot maintain the dry condition and becomes unclean, so that pressure sores and rashes are likely to occur.

(Function) If the auxiliary water absorption part is inserted from below the waist of the patient to below the buttocks and then the main water absorption part is applied to the abdomen through the crotch, it can be applied in the same manner as a normal diaper. When urination or defecation is applied after applying the water, the water is absorbed by the water absorption layer of the main water absorption part, and it moves downward due to gravity in the water absorption layer and tries to flow toward the partition part. The anterior region located above is strongly squeezed and its capillarity works to move it upwards, reducing the amount flowing under the buttocks and preventing the patient's buttocks and lumbar region from getting wet. .
Even if water moves to the rear end of the main water absorption part, it does not flow to the sub water absorption part due to the partition part, so that the part under the waist of the patient is always kept dry and the sacrum of the patient is kept. The wet part and the greater trochanter are not wetted, and a clean and dry condition is maintained to prevent pressure ulcers and rashes.

The paper diaper 1 according to the present invention comprises a main water absorption part 1A having a vertically long rectangular shape in plan view and a sub water absorption part 1B having the same shape as a horizontally long rectangular shape, and a boundary portion between these main and sub water absorption parts 1A and 1B is compressed. It is partitioned by a partition portion 2 in which water does not flow inside due to the presence of a water-impermeable sheet, impregnation of a water-repellent liquid, and the like. The basic structure of the paper diaper is that the lower surfaces of the water-absorbing layers 3 and 4 each having a rectangular plate shape with a predetermined thickness are covered with the impermeable sheet 5 as shown in the cross section in FIG. The water absorbing layers 3 and 4 are covered with 6 and are fixed around them by heat sealing or the like, and the water absorbing layers 3 and 4 are encapsulated. A synthetic resin sheet material such as vinyl film is used for the water-impermeable sheet 5, and a non-woven fabric or the like that is comfortable to the skin and can be bonded to the water-impermeable sheet 5 is used as the water-permeable sheet 6. The water-absorbent layers 3 and 4 are made of cotton-like pulp, water-absorbent paper or the like to have cushioning properties, and the water-absorbent layer 3 of the main water-absorbing portion 1A is used.
In order to increase water retention and maintain hygiene, a polymer absorbent containing a bactericide is mixed or sprinkled, and
It is preferable that the water absorbent layer 4 of 1B is appropriately mixed with or sprinkled with a desiccant in addition to the above polymer absorbent.

In the partition section 2, as shown in FIG. 5, the main water absorption section
1A, the water-absorbent layers 7 of the main water-absorbing portion 1A are attached to the end portions of the water-absorbing layers 3 and 4 of the sub-water absorbing portion 1B, for example, water-repellent sheets 7 and 7 which are impregnated with a water-repellent liquid (paraffin etc.) on thin paper By preventing the reverse outflow from the end of 3 and preventing the sub-absorption part 1B from absorbing water to the end of the water-absorbing layer 4, the auxiliary water-absorption part 1B is further maintained in a dry state. In this case, the inner surface of the relevant part of the water-permeable sheet 6 may be directly subjected to the water-repellent treatment, and if it is also provided at the opposite end, it is effective in preventing leakage from this end.

つぎに上記実施例の作用を説明する。Next, the operation of the above embodiment will be described.

As shown in FIG. 4, by inserting the sub-water absorbent part 1B from the lower back to the buttocks of the patient a who is lying on the back, and applying the main water absorbent part 1A through the crotch to the abdomen b, the same as a normal paper diaper. I can go. When urination and defecation are performed after applying the water in this manner, the moisture is absorbed by the water absorbing layer 3 through the water permeable sheet 6. The water absorbed by the water absorbing layer 3 is absorbed near the upper end of the rear region 3A of the water absorbing layer 3 as schematically shown in FIG. 3, but the rear region 3A is not so squeezed so that the front region is The range Y, which is sucked into the compressed side of 3B by the principle of capillaries and is absorbed and spread in the rear region 3A, is larger than the range Y which is absorbed and spread in the front region 3B, whereby most of the water is absorbed in the front region. It will be absorbed on the region 3B side. Therefore, the water-absorbing layer 3 (rear region 3A) of the main water-absorbing portion 1A from the lower crotch to the lower buttock is not so wet, and the buttock is not wetted. Also, if the rear area 3A
Even if it is absorbed in the body, it does not move from the lower waist to the sub-water absorption portion 1B, which is applied to the lower buttocks, due to the existence of the partition portion 2, and these are applied from the lower back to the buttocks of the patient a. Not only the surface of the sub-water absorption portion 1B but also the water absorption layer 4 inside does not leak, and the water absorption layer 4 is kept in a dry state and kept in a clean state, and it is possible to prevent pressure ulcers and diaper rashes.

As described above, according to the present invention, the main water absorbent part which is applied from the crotch to the abdomen of the paper diaper and the sub water absorbent part which is applied from the lower back to the buttocks are separated from each other by the partition part so that the water cannot pass. The water absorption layer of the main water absorption part was formed by squeezing the front region applied from the crotch to the abdomen against the rear region applied from the buttocks to the crotch, so that the water absorbed in the rear region of the main water absorption part Before moving to, migrates to the anterior region by capillary action, which reduces wetting of the buttocks, and there is no infiltration of water due to the presence of compartments in the secondary water absorption part that is applied from the lower waist to the lower buttocks, As a result, the patient is kept in a dry state from the waist to the buttocks, does not get wet and becomes unsanitary, and can prevent the occurrence of pressure sores and diaper rash. When a polymeric absorbent material containing a bactericide is mixed in the water absorbing layer as in claim 2, the absorbent capacity can be increased and at the same time diaper rash can be prevented by the bactericidal effect, and the diaper can be replaced. The frequency can be reduced.
