Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the proper selection of mounting parts according to lenses to be mounted by providing a lens holding member having plural kinds of the mounting parts for mounting lenses. CONSTITUTION:The lens holding member 1 is provided with the first mounting parts 1e, the second mounting parts 1e' and a notch 1h for positioning. The first mounting parts 1e are formed by projecting forward in an optical axis direction from the second mounting parts 1e'. The first mounting parts 1e and second mounting parts 1e' of the lens holding member 1 are selected by the combination thickness of a first photographic lens, second photographic lens and third photographic lens 5. If, for example, the finish sizes of the respective photographic lenses are larger than a reference size, the volume necessary for retaining the end of the third photographic lens 5 is not obtainable and sufficient retaining strength is not obtainable even if the second mounting parts 1e' are deformed by heating and, therefore, the photographic lens is shrinkage fitted by using the first mounting parts 1e.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional example, since the mounting position of the lens on the lens holding member changes due to the thickness tolerance of the lens, the mounting portion is deformed by heat or pressure. The volume of the part is reduced, and it is not possible to obtain sufficient strength to fix and hold the lens. Alternatively, there is a problem that the deformable volume of the mounting portion is large and affects the effective diameter of the lens.

A lens holding member is provided with a plurality of types of mounting portions, at least one type of the plurality of types of mounting portions is selected, and the selected mounting portion is deformed, whereby the lens By fixing the lens, even if the mounting position of the lens on the lens holding member changes due to the dimensional difference of the lens, it is not necessary to select the combination of lenses. Further, it is prevented that the holding force for fixing and holding the lens, which has been a problem in the past, cannot be obtained, or that the mounting portion is deformed and affects the effective diameter of the lens.

In FIG. 2, reference numeral 1 denotes a lens holding member, which is a flange portion 1a, a first inner peripheral wall portion 1b, a second inner peripheral wall portion 1c, a third inner peripheral wall portion 1d, a first mounting portion 1e,
It has a second mounting portion 1e 'and a notch 1h for positioning. Also, the first mounting portion 1e is the second mounting portion 1e.
It is formed so as to project forward in the optical axis direction from e '. Two
The end of the lens surface of the first taking lens is pressed by the flange portion 1a, the position in the optical axis direction is regulated, and the first photographing lens is held by the first inner peripheral wall portion 1b. A diaphragm 3 for preventing ghost and flare is provided between the first taking lens 2 and a second taking lens 4 described later. 4 is the second
Of the taking lens of the present invention has lens surface end portions 4a and 4b outside the effective diameter, and the end portion 4a is in contact with the diaphragm 3 and 4b, which will be described later, and the third taking lens 5, and is held by the second inner peripheral wall portion 1c Has been done.
A third taking lens 5 is held by the third inner peripheral wall portion 1d, and the lens surface end portion 5a outside the effective diameter is heated and deformed by the first mounting portion 1e or the second mounting portion 1e 'of the lens holding member. By being pressed by pressing, the first taking lens 2, the second taking lens 4, the third taking lens and the diaphragm 3 are fixedly held by the lens holding member 1.

In the above structure, the first mounting portion 1e and the second mounting portion 1e 'of the lens holding member 1 are
It is selected by the combined thicknesses Hl and Ht of the first taking lens 2, the second taking lens 4, and the third taking lens 5. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, the tolerance becomes large depending on the combination of the taking lenses, and even if the second mounting portion 1e ′ is heated and deformed, for example, when the finished dimension of each taking lens becomes thicker than the reference dimension. Since the volume necessary for pressing the end 5a of the third taking lens 5 cannot be obtained and sufficient pressing strength cannot be obtained, it is possible to perform heat caulking using the first mounting portion 1e. It has become. On the other hand, if the first mounting portion 1e is heated and deformed when the finished size is thinner than the reference size, the resin will melt into the effective diameter of the third taking lens, so
The mounting portion 1e 'is heat-deformed, and the lens 5 is fixed like the second mounting portion 1f after heat-deforming shown in FIG.
Further, at the time of assembly, the lens holding member 1 shown in FIG.
Automatically measures thicknesses Hl and Ht from the right end face 1g of the lens to the tip of the third photographing lens 5 and automatically deforms the first mounting portion 1e by heating or the second mounting portion 1e 'by heating. The position of the lens holding member 1 at the time of assembling is fixed by the notch 1h for alignment, and the mounting portion selected by the above determination is automatically deformed by heating.

Further, in a lens mounting method for mounting a lens on a lens holding member having a mounting portion for mounting a lens, the lens holding member is provided with a plurality of types of mounting portions, and at least one of the plurality of types of mounting portions is provided. 1
By fixing the lens by selecting the type and deforming the selected mounting portion, it becomes possible to sufficiently fix and hold the lens, and at the same time, the deformation of the mounting portion causes the effective diameter of the lens to fall within the effective diameter. Can be prevented.

Further, in the lens holding member, by selecting at least one of the plurality of types of mounting portions according to the outer shape of the lens, the lens mounting position of the lens holding member changes due to the dimensional difference of the lens. In this case, it is not necessary to select a lens, and the same lens holding member can be used for various types of lenses.

Further, a plurality of types of mounting portions are provided at different positions in the lens optical axis direction of the lens holding member, at least one type of the plurality of types of mounting portions is selected, and the selected mounting portion is deformed. By doing so, even if the lens mounting position of the lens holding member changes due to the difference in lens thickness, since the mounting portion can be selected, selection of the combination of the lenses is not required, and the manufacturing process can be simplified. It is possible to improve the sex.
