Abstract

PURPOSE:To avoid the addition of a preservative to the contents of a container such as cosmetics and foods and the need for adding other ingredients thereto, provide the container itself with antibacterial action and prevent mold gathering on the outer surface of the container caused by the antibacterial agent by providing an antibacterial layer on the innermost side of the container and a non- antibacterial layer on the outer exposed part thereof. CONSTITUTION:An antibacterial multlayer container is provided with an antibacterial layer 2 of the antibacterial agent-containing synthetic resin on the innermost side and a non-antibacterial layer 4 of the antibacterial agent-free synthetic resin on the outer exposed part. The antibacterial layer 2 is formed by mixing in polyolefin or polystyrene resin the soluble glass particles which consist mainly of B2O3, SiO2 and Na2O, have Ag2O or CuO added thereto and contain antibacterial and antimicrobial ions of Ag, Cu, etc. This mixture is made up, for example, in an amount of 50-150g soluble glass per 1kg resin. The non-antibacterial layer 4 consists of a polyolefin resin such as polyethylene and polypropylene resin or polystyrene resin.

2. Description of the Related Art Adding an antiseptic to cosmetics, foods, etc.
Even if it is not hygienic and the effect as a preservative is remarkable, there are some which are prohibited from being used as a preservative for hygienic reasons. In order to avoid such problems, it is possible to mix antibacterial agents with synthetic resin to form rods, and to form an antibacterial stick with a large surface area by providing irregularities on the surface, and put this in a container together with the content liquid. It is being appreciated. This antibacterial stick has the problems of increased cost due to the provision of a single member in addition to the container and the troublesome work of putting the antibacterial stick together with the contents. Further, even if the surface of the antibacterial stick is provided with irregularities, the area in contact with the contents is still insufficient, and there is a problem that the antibacterial action is not sufficient. In order to avoid the above-mentioned problems related to the rot of the contents of the conventional container, an experiment was conducted to form the container from a synthetic resin mixed with an antibacterial agent. However, although this antibacterial container has a sufficient antibacterial action on the contents, it has been reported that mold is generated on the outer surface after long-term use. Antibacterial agents are relatively expensive to manufacture and nonetheless wasteful of incorporating antibacterial agents throughout the thickness of the container, including exposed outer surfaces that do not require antibacterial action.

According to the present invention, an antibacterial multi-layer container having an antibacterial layer of a synthetic resin containing an antibacterial agent on the innermost side and a non-antibacterial layer of a synthetic resin containing no antibacterial agent on the outer exposed portion is formed. Therefore, the container itself has an antibacterial action, and it is not necessary to mix an antiseptic agent with the contents of cosmetics, foods, etc., and another member mixed with a special antibacterial agent is prepared and mixed. It has the effect that it does not need to be done. Further, since the outer surface layer of the container according to the present invention is a layer in which the antibacterial agent is not mixed, there is no possibility that mold will be generated due to the antibacterial agent on the outer surface of the container, and the antibacterial agent can be effectively used. Have.

The molding die 20 is a die member 20A, 20B.
Can be divided into The inlet of the first extrusion nozzle 14 is connected to a first screw extrusion device 22 for extruding the antibacterial resin 12 at a pressure of about 120 to 160 kg / square cm. The inlet portion of the second extrusion nozzle device 18 is connected to a second screw extrusion device 24 for extruding the non-antibacterial resin 16 at a pressure of about 80 kg / cm 2. Next, the operation of the molding apparatus 10 having the above configuration will be described. In the first step, the molding die 20 is divided into die members 20A and 20B as shown in FIG. The first screw extruding device 22 and the second screw extruding device 24 are actuated so that the antibacterial resin 12 and the non-antibacterial resin 16 respectively become the first
The innermost antibacterial layer 2 of synthetic resin containing an antibacterial agent extruded from the extrusion nozzle device 14 and the second extrusion nozzle device 18.
Then, a tubular parison P including the non-antibacterial layer 4 made of synthetic resin containing no antibacterial agent is formed on the outer exposed portion. The parison P is guided to the central portion between the divided mold members 20A and 20B. In the second step, as shown in FIG. 3, the mold members 20A and 20B are united and integrated, and the bottoms of the mold members 20A and 20B are brought into contact with each other to make the parison P

In the third step, as shown in FIG. 3, the parison P is cut by the parison cutting device 21 between the second extrusion nozzle device 18 and the molding die 20. In the fourth step, as shown in FIG. 4, the mold members 20A and 20B are united, and the molding die 20 containing the parison P is moved to an air press fitting device (not shown). In the air press fitting device (not shown), the molding die 20
The cutting air nozzle 50 is inserted into the parison P of the upper opening of the above, and the upper part of the parison P is molded into the container mouth, and the upper burr B2 is removed. Further, high-pressure air is supplied into the parison P from the cutting air nozzle 50, and the parison P is molded along the molding surface of the molding die 20.
Instead of the soluble glass containing antibacterial and antimicroscopic ions such as Ag and Cu, it is also possible to use zeolite ion-exchanged with antibacterial and antimicroscopic ions such as Ag and Cu. Further, as another example of the antibacterial agent, an organic antibacterial component, for example, L-glutamic acid or an amino acid metal whose main raw material is natural fatty acid is coated on ceramics fine particles.
