チレン−パーフルオロアルコキシエチレン共重合樹脂
(PFA)層を設けたことにより、塗膜欠点が少なく、
外観に優れ、かつ量産性に優れたフッ素樹脂塗膜を有す
る加熱容器とすることができる。すなわち、プライマー
層に発生しやすいシミ、ハジキ等の塗膜外観欠点をカバ
ーするため、プライマー層の上に光輝性成分を含む薄膜
のポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)層を設け、
その上に文字等を印刷し、その後、PFA粉体の順に塗
装する。そして全体を焼成し被膜とする。この結果、塗
装欠点が目立たず加工製、生産性の良い美しい塗膜を得

という問題があった。特に鋳物の場合は巣が発生しやす
くこの巣の部分に切削油等が浸透し、塗膜欠点の原因と
