(Prior Art) Conventionally, a pair of members that are annular and form a single plane are usually used as a fastener provided at the tip of a belt of a helmet. That is, as shown in FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b), a pair of annular members 4a and 5a are attached to the ends of the belt 2, the other end of the belt 3 is passed over the annular members 4a and 5a, and then folded back. The annular members 4a and 5a are sandwiched and locked. In this structure, since the sides 40a and 50a of the belts 4a and 5a in the belt length direction completely overlap each other in the tightened state, it is difficult to separate the two members and loosen the belt.

このため、第5図に示すように一対の環状部材4b,5bの

For this reason, as shown in FIG. 5, the side edges 40b, 50b of the pair of annular members 4b, 5b in the longitudinal direction of the belt are curved in opposite directions, and the side edges 40b of the both members 4b, 5b in the longitudinal direction are bent at the time of tightening. There has been proposed a fastener in which a gap 60 is formed between the groove 50 and the hole 50b (see Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 58-63103).

In this tightening tool, by inserting a fingertip into the gap 60 and separating the pair of annular members 4b, 5b of the tightening tool, the operation of loosening the belt is performed, and the operation of loosening is easier than the above-described ordinary tightening tool. It can be performed. However, since the gap 60 is formed so that its maximum width is located at the center of the pair of members 4b, 5b in the lengthwise direction of the belt, it is relatively large when separating the pair of annular members 4b, 5b. It took a lot of force, and it took a long time to remove the belt.

(Object of the Invention) The present invention has been made in order to eliminate the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and provides a tightening tool that allows an operation of loosening a belt to be performed easily and quickly.

(Structure of the Invention) According to the present invention, a fastening tool made of a pair of annular members is attached to the end of one of the pair of belts, and the end of the other belt is passed over the fastening tool and locked. In the tightening tool configured as described above, one member of the tightening tool is formed such that a side in the length direction of the belt is bent and formed into a substantially V shape, and the inside of the bent portion is a side of the other member. Are arranged so as to face each other, and a gap having the maximum width is formed between the sides on the tip end side with respect to the longitudinal center of both members.

In the above configuration, a gap is created between the pair of annular members during tightening, and the maximum width of the gap is located closer to the tip end side than the center in the lengthwise direction of the member. When separating both members, the position of the maximum width is far from the attachment part of both members, so it is easy to put the fingertip on both members, and both members are more than the case where the fingertip is put in the gap where the central part has the maximum width in the past. The distance from the mounting portion of the to the point of action of the force is increased, which allows the two members to be separated with a small force. Therefore, the operation of loosening the belt can be performed easily and quickly.

(Embodiment) In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 is a helmet, belts 2 and 3 are attached to the side ends thereof, and a pair of annular members 4 and 5 is attached to the end portions of the belt 2.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the pair of annular members 4 and 5 have a horizontally long base end portion that is an attachment portion to the belt 2 in plan view and a distal end portion that forms a smooth arc. It is formed in a D shape. One of the annular members 4 has a side 40 in the lengthwise direction of the belt bent substantially in the shape of a letter "H" in the thickness direction of the belt, and the bent portion 41 of the letter "H" has a center in the lengthwise direction of the annular member 4. It is formed so as to be located closer to the tip end side than the front end. The other annular member 5 is D-shaped and is formed to have a single plane.

In the pair of annular members 4 and 5, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the inner surface on the bending side of the bent portion 41 of the one annular member 4 has a side 50 in the longitudinal direction of the other annular member 5. It is arranged so as to face. And, as shown in FIG. 3, the locking portion 20 of the belt 2 is laid across the base end sides of the pair of annular members 4 and 5, and the end portions of the belt 3 are attached to the other side. After it has been hung over, it is folded back and passed between the tips of the two annular members 4,5, and tension is applied between the two belts 2 and 3 so that the annular members 4,5 overlap and lock. To be done.

The locking function is similar to that of a conventional fastener in which a pair of annular members each have a single flat surface, but in this embodiment, the tips of the annular members 4 and 5 draw a smooth arc. Since the belt 3 is formed in a letter shape, the folded belt 3 is locked in a state in which it is forcibly bent in the width direction thereof as shown in FIG. It is locked more firmly.

In order to loosen the belt in the locked state, a fingertip is pushed into the gap 6 formed between the lengthwise sides 40 and 50 of the pair of annular members 4 and 5 shown in FIG. The annular members 4 and 5 may be separated from each other. At this time, the gap 6
As shown in FIG. 3, since the maximum width is located closer to the tip side than the center in the lengthwise direction of the annular members 4,5, the pushing force by the fingertip is It acts on the position near the tip and this pushing force causes the annular member 4,
The pair of annular members 4 and 5 are separated from each other by rotating around the base end portion of 5, the attachment portion of the shoe.

In this configuration, compared with a conventional pair of annular members that are formed so that the maximum width of the gap is at the center of the annular member in the lengthwise direction like a fastening tool that is curved in the opposite direction, The distance l from the attachment part, which is the center, to the point of action of the pushing force becomes large, and therefore the pair of annular members 4,
5 can be separated with a small pushing force. Moreover, pushing in the fingertips can be done at a position further away from the mounting portions of the annular members 4 and 5, which makes it easier to do. With these, the operation of loosening the belt can be easily and quickly performed with one hand.

In this embodiment, the annular members 4, 5 have a horizontally long D-shaped shape in plan view, but the shape is not limited to this and may be, for example, a rectangular shape. Further, this fastening tool can be similarly applied to a detachable fastening belt other than a helmet.

(Effect of the Invention) As described above, in the tightening tool of the present invention, a gap is formed between the pair of annular members during tightening, and the maximum width of the gap is closer to the tip end side than the center of the annular member in the longitudinal direction. Since the maximum width of the two parts is separated from the mounting parts of both members when separating the two parts by putting the fingertips in the gap, it is easy to put the fingertips on top of the conventional tightening tool. In addition, the distance from the attachment portion of both members to the point of action of force is larger than when the fingertip is placed in the gap having the maximum width in the central portion, and thus the two members can be separated with a small force. Therefore, the operation of loosening the belt can be performed easily and quickly.

また一方の環状部材の所定箇所を折曲げ加工するだけで
よく、このため容易に製造することができる。
Further, it is only necessary to bend a predetermined portion of one of the annular members, which makes it possible to easily manufacture the annular member.
