動シリンダー6のロッド6aの進退動作により離型剤噴射
ノズル5を給湯口4から射出スリーブ2内に進退自在に
進入させるようにしたものである。

型剤の噴射を終了した離型剤噴射ノズル5は、駆動シリ
ンダー6によって射出スリーブ2の給湯口4から引き抜
かれ、再び給湯口4の上方に待機させる。

るようにしたので、従来のように離型剤が金型のキャビ
ティ以外へ飛び散ることがない。従って、離型剤を無駄
に消費したり、離型剤でもって周囲の環境を汚染するこ
とがない。
