[Industrial application] The present invention relates to a clip capable of easily and easily fixing various pipes, wires, tools and the like. [Prior Art] Conventionally, in a simple installation work such as a pipe or a wire, it has been conventionally shown in FIGS. 8 (A) to 8 (C) or 9 (A).
A clip as shown in (C) is used. These clips are preliminarily attached to the attachment points, and it is said that pipes, wires and the like can be fixed by simply pushing them in. FIGS. 8A and 8B show a first configuration example of a conventional clip. On the pedestal 51, two support arms 55 and 57 are curved so as to bypass the central swing space 58 and extend upward. At the ends of the support arms 55 and 57, holding arms 63 and 65 are provided at both ends 63a and 63b (65) via hinges 59 and 61, respectively.
a, 65b) are connected and attached at a predetermined position (here, about the midpoint). Inner ends 63b and 65b of the holding arms 63 and 65 are connected to each other via a hinge 67. An operating lever 69 and an engaging recess 71 are provided on the outer end 65a of the holding arm 65. As shown in FIG. 8 (B), the engagement recess 71 is formed so as to be engageable with the outer end 63a of the holding arm 63. As a result, the outer ends 63a and 65a form an engagement mechanism. The operation of the clip when attaching the pipe will be described with reference to the operation explanatory view shown in FIG. First, the pedestal 51 part is an attached surface
Secure the entire clip to 75. In the state shown in FIG. 8 (A), the pipe to be attached is inserted between the holding arms 63 and 65, and the inner ends 6 of the holding arms 63 and 65 are fixed by the pipe.
Push 3b and 65b downward (toward pedestal 51). Then, the position of the hinge 67 gradually moves from the state shown by the chain double-dashed line in FIG. 8C to the pedestal 51 side. Initially, as the hinge 67 moves, the postures of the holding arms 63, 65 change in the direction of separating the tips of the support arms 55, 57, so that the pipe holds the repulsive force in the direction of pushing back.
Received from the support arms 55 and 57 via 63 and 65. When the pipe is pushed further in, after the three hinges 59, 61, 67 are aligned in a straight line as shown by the alternate long and short dash line, the tips of the support arms 55, 57 come close to each other, so that the repulsive force applied to the pipe is Lost. Because of this, the hinge
When 67 is pushed in, that is, when it is clicked, the holding arms 63 and 65 are closed and the pipe is stored in the storage space 3 as shown by the solid line, and the engaging recess 71 and the holding recess 71 are held as shown in FIG. 8 (B). The outer end 63a of the arm 63 is engaged. In this way, it is possible to easily attach a pipe or the like (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. SHO11-29100).
54-162059, Jitsukai Sho 59-139606). 9 (A) and 9 (B) show a second configuration example of the conventional clip. Two support arms 85,87 on the base 81
Extends upward with the swing space 88 in between. Via the hinges 89 and 91, the holding arms 85 and 87 have hinges 89 and 91, respectively, and the holding arms 93 and 95 are located at predetermined positions between the ends 93a and 93b (95a and 95b) of each of the holding arms (93a and 95b). The position closer to the 81 side) is combined and attached. On the outer end 95a of the holding arm 95, an operating finger hooking piece 99 is provided, and an engaging recess 101 is provided. This engaging recess 101
As shown in FIG. 9 (B), is formed so as to be able to engage with the engaging convex portion 103 at the outer end 93a of the holding arm 93. The engaging concave portion 101 and the engaging convex portion 103 constitute an engaging mechanism. A finger-holding piece 105 for operation is also provided near the outer end 93a of the holding arm 93. Also holding arms 93,95
The inner ends 93b and 95b of the are free ends that are not connected. The operation of the clip when attaching the pipe will be described with reference to the operation explanatory view shown in FIG. 9 (C). First, the pedestal 81 is the attached surface
Secure the entire clip to 107. From the state shown in FIG. 9 (A), use the finger or the like of the hand not holding the pipe to bring the outer end 93
Push a and 95a open and push the pipe to be attached between the holding arms 93 and 95. Next, the engaging concave portion 101 and the engaging convex portion 103 are pulled together by a finger or the like to be engaged as shown in FIG. 9 (B). In this way a pipe can be attached. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] With the former configuration, it is possible to attach a pipe or the like with one touch. However, if the support arms 55 and 57 that support the holding arms 63 and 65 are not configured as spring materials, the click operation does not occur. For this reason, the support arms 5 and 57 must be configured to be more flexible than the holding arms 63 and 65, and inevitably permanent strain is likely to be accumulated on the support arms 55 and 57. Various forces are transmitted from the pipe etc. to the support arms 55, 57 not only at the time of attaching the pipe etc., but after the attachment, this force causes the support arms 55, 57 to easily bend and sway, gradually accumulating permanent strain. To do. Finally,
It may not be able to return to the original due to the creep phenomenon. In this case, the gripping arms 63 and 65 are completely opened, and the internal pipe is separated. When an engaging mechanism is provided in this as in the second configuration example,
Since the holding arms 63 and 65 are not easily opened, it may be possible to prevent the pipes from coming off due to the accumulation of permanent strain after the pipes are attached. However, the ease of attachment when attaching the pipe is sacrificed. That is, in order for the engagement mechanism to work, the inner ends 63b and 65b of the holding arms 63 and 65 must be strongly pushed toward the pedestal 51 by pushing the pipe strongly toward the pedestal 51.
This is because the outer ends 63a and 65a are engaged with each other by utilizing the rotational force of the centers of the hinges 59 and 61 generated by this pressing force. However, when the pipe is strongly pushed toward the pedestal 51 side, the flexible support arms 55 and 57 are bent before the rotational force is obtained, and the hinges 59 and 61 are opened. Then, the outer ends 63a and 65a, which were about to be closed, open in reverse, and the pipe cannot be engaged simply by being pushed in. Therefore, while pushing the pipe in again, the outer ends 63a, 65
Auxiliary work is required to engage a with the other hand,
Workability is reduced. In addition, in the second configuration example, the support arms 85 and 87 that support the holding arms 93 and 95 do not need to be bent and may be rigid, but the holding arms 93 and 95 can swing independently. Is. Therefore, as shown by the alternate long and short dash line in FIG. 9C, the inner end 95b of one of the holding arms 95 may be pushed more largely depending on the pushing direction of the pipe or the like. Therefore, the outer ends 93a and 95a move in a distorted state and cannot be engaged. For this reason, it is impossible to engage the pipe by simply pushing it in, and an auxiliary work is required, which lowers the workability. In this way, even if an attempt is made to realize a one-touch mechanism by interlocking the click operation and the engagement operation, it cannot be realized in the above respective configuration examples, and even if they are combined, the engagement force and the pipe pressing force are antagonized, and the one-touch mechanism is It was impossible.

An object of the present invention is to solve this problem, to realize a click operation and an engaging operation without contradiction, and to provide a clip that can be engaged with one hand, and has the following configuration. [Means for Solving the Problems] That is, the gist of the present invention is to provide a pair of curved holding arms that form a storage space therebetween when the corresponding ends are brought close to each other, and both holding arms. Place two hinges across the arm's swing space so that the position of these hinges does not sway,
A pedestal that swingably connects each of the holding arms at a predetermined position other than both ends of each of the holding arms via each of the hinges, and both ends of each of the holding arms on the pedestal side. And a spring member for urging the ends in a separating direction, and a spring member provided at each of the ends of the holding arms opposite to the pedestal and capable of engaging the ends. The clip is characterized by including a coupling mechanism. [Operation] Since the spring material connects both ends of the holding arms on the pedestal side, even if the pushing direction of the pipe or the like to be pushed in is biased, the holding arm swings symmetrically in conjunction with each other. To do. That is, when a pipe or the like that is in contact with only one of the holding arms presses the holding arm in the closing direction, the pedestal side end of the holding arm moves in the direction of approaching the pedestal.
Since the end of the holding arm on the pedestal side is connected to the end of the other holding arm on the pedestal side by a spring material, the end on the pedestal side moves toward the pedestal like one of the holding arms moves. To do. Therefore, the other holding arm also swings in the closing direction. Therefore, the side opposite the pedestal (opposite side)
The engaging mechanism provided at the end of each of the holding arms is engaged without any discrepancy. Further, at the time of swinging to the pedestal side, the pedestal-side ends of the two holding arms are urged in the separating direction by the spring material, so that the pipes and the like are pushed back in the direction to push them toward the closest position. The urging force is working, but if you push the pipe etc. further,
On the contrary, since the biasing force acts in the pulling direction, the click operation can be realized. The pedestal also supports the hinge so that the position of the hinge does not shake. That is, since the pedestal does not have a flexible spring mechanism that changes the distance between the hinges on the pedestal, it is rigid,
The distance between the hinges is kept constant. Therefore, if the pushing force of a pipe or the like is increased to activate the engaging mechanism, a force in the engaging direction corresponding to the pushing force acts on the engaging mechanism portion at the end on the side opposite to the pedestal with the hinge serving as a fulcrum, thereby further engaging the engagement. Facilitate. In this way, the worker only needs to push in the pipe or the like with one hand, and due to the above-mentioned anti-misalignment effect and engagement promoting effect, reliable engagement can be realized even with one hand, and the work efficiency is high. Further, even if the pipe or the like is further pressed after the engagement, the pedestal is rigid and the distance between the two hinges hardly changes. Therefore, the engagement of the engagement mechanism is not disengaged, and the engagement state continues. Therefore, even if the pipe or the like is strongly pressed at the time of attachment, or if some force is applied to the pipe or the like from the outside after the pipe or the like is attached, it is difficult to disengage. [Examples] Next, examples of the present invention will be described. The present invention is not limited to these, and includes various embodiments without departing from the scope of the invention. 1 to 4 show a first embodiment of the clip of the present invention,
FIG. 5 is an explanatory view of the operating mechanism. On the pedestal 1, two support bases 5 and 7 are erected on the left and right sides with a central swing space 8 in between. Holding arms 13 and 15 having reinforcing ribs 12a and 12b on the back are provided at both ends 13a and 13b (15a and 15b) at the tips of the support bases 5 and 7 via hinges 9 and 11, respectively.
It is connected and attached at a predetermined position between b) (here, a position closer to the pedestal 1 side than the intermediate point). Inner ends (ends on the pedestal 1 side) 13b and 15b of the holding arms 13 and 15 are connected to each other via a spring member 17. The central portion of the spring member 17 projects toward the pedestal 1 and urges the inner ends 13b and 15b in the separating direction. Also, the outer end of the holding arm 15 (the end opposite to the base 1)
A finger hook piece 19 for operation is provided on 15a, and an engaging recess 21 is provided. As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the engaging concave portion 21 engages with the engaging convex portion 23 of the outer end (the end opposite to the base 1) 13a of the holding arm 13 in two steps. It is made possible. Therefore, the small-diameter pipe P1 and the large-diameter pipe P2 can be reliably gripped. The engaging concave portion 21 and the engaging convex portion 23 form an engaging mechanism. A finger hook piece 25 for operation is also provided near the outer end 13a of the holding arm 13. The operation of this embodiment when attaching the pipe will be described with reference to the operation explanatory view shown in FIG. First, the whole clip is fixed to the attachment surface 27 at the base 1 part. This fixing may be performed by screwing the pedestal 1 from the back side of the attachment surface 27 with a bolt, or using an adhesive. In the state shown in FIG. 1, the pipe P to be attached is pushed into between the holding arms 13 and 15, and the pipes P are used to move the inner ends 13b and 15b of the holding arms 13 and 15 downward (the pedestal). Press in one direction). Then, the holding arms 13 and 15 swing about the hinges 9 and 11 as fulcrums, and gradually close from the state shown by the chain double-dashed line in FIG. Further, the position of the spring member 17 gradually moves to the pedestal 1 side. In the initial stage of movement, the inner ends 13b, 15b of the holding arms 13, 15 move in a direction in which they gradually approach each other, so that the spring member 17 is further compressed. Therefore, during this time, the pipe P exerts a repulsive force in the direction to be pushed back based on the urging force of the spring material 17 to the inner ends 13b, 15.
Receive from b. When the pipe P is pushed further, after the hinges 9 and 11 and the inner ends 13b and 15b are aligned as shown by the alternate long and short dash line, the inner ends 13b and 15b are separated from each other. The repulsive force applied is lost, and conversely, the inner ends 13b, 15
b receives a force in the pulling direction based on the biasing force of the spring member 17. Therefore, the inner ends 13b, 15b are momentarily pushed in, the holding arms 13, 15 are closed as shown by the solid line, and the pipe P is held between the holding arms 13, 15 in the storage space 29.
Fit in. That is, the click operation is performed. At this time, the pushing direction of the pipe P is biased, and one of the holding arms 1 is held.
Even if it contacts only 3,15, the holding arm 13,15 swings symmetrically due to the connecting action of the spring member 17, and the outer ends 13a, 1
5a hits exactly. After that, if the pipe P is pushed further in and the inner ends 13b and 15b are pushed down, the support bases 5 and 7 rigidly support the hinges 9 and 11 so that the positions of the hinges 9 and 11 do not rock. The force from the pipe P uses the hinges 9 and 11 as a fulcrum to engage the recess 21.
A force in the direction of further engaging is applied to and the engaging convex portion 23.
Also at this time, the holding arm is held by the connecting action of the spring member 17.
The force in the engaging direction acts in a state where both outer ends 13a, 15a of 13, 15 are accurately butted. In this way, when the pushing force exceeds the predetermined value, the engagement concave portion 21 and the engagement convex portion 23 are suitably engaged. Therefore, by simply pushing in the pipe P, the holding arms 13 and 15 catch the pipe P by the click action by the action of the spring material 17, and by further pushing in the pipe P, the engaging mechanism works without any discrepancy. Hold the pipe P securely. That is, since the work can be performed with one touch using only one hand, the workability is greatly improved. Next, a second embodiment will be described. FIG. 6 (A) is a schematic diagram of the configuration, and FIGS. 6 (B) and 6 (C) are explanatory diagrams of the operation.
This embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the spring member 31 is the base 1
Is the point that is bulging toward the body. With this configuration, the pipe P comes into contact with the central portion 31a of the spring member 31 as shown in FIG.
The inner ends 13b, 15b of the holding arms 13, 15 are moved in the direction of the pedestal 1 via the. The subsequent operation is similar to that of the first embodiment. The effect of the second embodiment is, in addition to the effect of the first embodiment,
The following effects exist. That is, the pipe P comes into contact with the spring material 31, and the spring material 31 is deformed by the pushing force thereof, and the inner ends 13b and 15b are moved to move the outer end 1
3a and 15a are engaged. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6 (C), the spring member 31 gives a fixing force to the pipe P by urging it when engaged. Therefore, even if the diameter of the pipe P varies, the holding arm 1 is held by the biasing force of the spring member 31.
Inside the storage space 29 of 3,15, the pipe does not come off,
It will be gripped more reliably. Next, a third embodiment will be described. FIG. 7 (A)-
The configuration is shown in (C). The main feature of this embodiment different from the first embodiment is that both ends of the pedestal 41 further extend so that the mounting portions 43, 4
This is the point forming 5. For other configurations, first
Since it is almost the same as the embodiment, the same reference numerals are given and the description thereof is omitted. Screw holes 43a, 45a are formed in the mounting portions 43, 45. When attaching the clip to the attached surface,
First, the holding arms 13 and 15 are brought close to or engaged with each other to form the hole 4
After opening the upper portions of 3a and 45a, screws are inserted into the hole portions 43a and 45a, and screwed and fixed to the attached surface with a screwdriver or the like. By doing so, the clip can be fixed extremely firmly. [Others] In each embodiment, the spring members 17 and 31 may be integrally formed with other parts by using synthetic resin or the like, and the spring members 17 and 31 made of metal wire or the like may be attached after forming the other parts. Good. In the first and second embodiments, the pedestal portion between the supporting bases 5 and 7 is provided with screw holes, and two spring members are further installed between the inner ends 13b and 15b. A screw may be screwed into the attachment surface from between the two spring members through a screw fixing hole to attach the clip.

The clip of the present invention simply pushes in a pipe,
By the action of the spring member, the holding arm catches the pipe or the like by clicking and the pushing arm is further pushed, so that even if the pushing direction is slightly biased, the holding arm securely engages the pipe and holds the pipe and the like. For this reason, it is possible to securely attach and attach with one touch without using both hands, so that high workability can be achieved. Also, it is difficult for the pipe, etc. to come off from the clip even after pushing it in.
