ィ1,2、ベース型3及び突き出しピン4によって形成さ
れた成形品を成形する為のナス形のキャビティ空間であ
る。前記突き出しピン4の先端中央には三角錐状突起4a
が突設されている。6は樹脂をキャビティ空間5内に射
出する為のトンネルゲートであって、第1図に示す位置
で、前記突き出しピン4の突起4aに対応する横方向位置
に穿設され、このトンネルゲート6より射出する樹脂を
この突起4aに突当てて分散しながらキャビティ空間5内
に流入し得る如く構成されている。7は前記トンネルゲ
ート6に連通されたランナーであり、8は前記キャビテ
ィ空間5内で成形された樹脂製のナス形厚肉キャップで
あり、その下底面には前記三角錐状突起4aに対応する凹
陥部8aが突設され、かつその下部外周面にはパッキン9
の上縁9aを嵌着する為のリング溝8bが穿設されている。

を突き出しピン4の突起4aに向かって射出し、射出され
た樹脂を突起4aに突き当てながら分散させてこれをキャ
ビティ空間5内に流入充填し、次に第2図に示す如く、
突き出しピン4をキャビティ空間5に向かって徐々に突
出しながらキャビティ空間5内に圧力を加えてキャビテ
ィ空間5内の成形品を徐々に冷却固化せしめ、温度降下
で発生する体積収縮に伴う収縮減量分を補充し、成形品
の外表面がキャビティ空間5の内周面に常に密接した状
態を持続させて成形品の表面にシワ,ヒケ,変形等が発
生することを防止することが出来る。
