Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify operation by a user, to reduce the cost of a device, and to prolong the life of the device by setting an exposure part at an exposure feasible position interlocked with operation for attaching a photoreceptor unit. 【発明の詳細な説明】 (1)産業上の利用分野 この発明は電子写真方式印刷装置において感光体ユニッ
トを装着或いは取出すことにより人手を要せずに露光部
を露光可能な位置にセット或いは感光体ユニットの着脱
経路より退避することのできる装置に関する。 (2)従来の技術 従来の技術では、感光体ユニットを着脱する場合、第1
図のように露光部が感光体ユニットの上方に位置してい
るため、印刷位置を第2図のように上下に分割して感光
体ユニットを下方に着脱する必要があった。 (3)発明が解決しようとする課題 従来の技術では、感光体ユニットを着脱するために印刷
装置を上下に分割し、上ユニットを持ち上げる操作を行
なう必要があり、大きな労力を要した。又、上下に分割
するために上ユニット支持部材や上下ユニットの位置決
め部材などの部品を必要とし、更には、上下ユニットの
開閉による衝撃により内部部品にダメージを与えるよう
なことがあった。本発明ではこのような問題を皆無に
し、ユーザー操作を簡略化し、装置の低価格化、長寿命
化を実現させるものである。 (4)課題を解決するための手段 本装置では、感光体ユニットの上方に位置する露光部に

光体位置決め基準部と露光部位置決め基準部を連結させ
るレバーを設け、感光体ユニットの着脱動作から駆動伝
達させて露光部を感光体ユニットの着脱経路より退避さ
せることにより感光体ユニットを上方へ着脱可能とした
ことである。 (5)作用 本装置によれば、露光部が感光体ユニットの上方より退
避することにより印刷装置を上下二分割することなく感
光体ユニットを容易に上方に取出すことができる。ま
た、露光部が移動することで印刷装置内のカバー等に収
納することができ、外的故障要因から露光部を保護でき
る。 (6)発明の効果 本装置には以下に記述する効果がある。 a)感光体ユニットを上方に取出せるので印刷装置を上
下に分割する動作が不要であり、交換に要する時間が短
縮される。 b)感光体ユニットを上方に取出せるので印刷装置を上
下に分割する必要が無く、分割するのに必要だった部品
を削減できる。 c)感光体ユニットを上方に取出せるので保守の都度印
刷装置を上下に開閉するときの衝撃が無く、印刷装置の
寿命が延びる。 d)露光部をカバー内に収納することにより、作業者が
容易に発光部に触れることを防止でき、画像品質を維持
できる。

刷装置において、感光体ユニット取出す動作に連動して
露光部が印刷装置内の保護カバー内に収納されることを
特徴とする。 (4)上記(1、2、3)の装置において、感光体ユニ
ットの位置決め基準部と露光部の位置決め基準部とを連
結させるレバーを設けて、露光部をスライドにより退避
させることを特徴とする装置。 (5)上記(1、2、3)の装置において、感光体ユニ
ットの位置決め基準部と露光部の位置決め基準部とを連
結させるレバーを設けて、露光部を回転により退避させ
ることを特徴とする装置。
