するケース体、一部が上記継鉄部の露出部に当接し、こ
の当接部分より上記ポケット部内に延在して設けられた
ヒートシンク、上記ポケット部内における上記ヒートシ
ンク上に配置され、上記1次コイルに通流する電流を制
御する制御回路部を備え、上記ヒートシンクの継鉄部に
対する当接面の反対側の面を車体もしくは内燃機関等へ
の取付面とするように構成したものである。

部分に当接され、被冷却体の取付部(72)が上記ポケッ
ト部(61)の内部に延在して設けられたヒートシンク
(7)、上記ポケット部(61)内における上記シートシ
ンク(7)の取付部(72)に密着して設けられ、上記1
次コイルに通流する電流を制御するためのパワートラン
ジスタからなる制御回路部(8)などを備えている。

穴(62)は例えば型式名、製造者名、ロット番号などを
表示したラベル体(10)によって塞がれる。そして上記
蓋部(6B)に設けられたコネクタ部(63)、高圧端子
(64)および制御回路部(8)、コイル組立体(5)の
リード線(図示省略)の間でそれぞれ必要な結線を行っ
た後、空間部(9)にはエポキシ樹脂、ポケット部(6
1)にはシリコンゲルが充填される。このとき、ラベル
体(10)を本来の表示機能の他、充填材の流出を防ぐ作
用を有する。次いで、分割された鉄心の他方が組み付け

かも小形軽量化が容易で安価に製造し得る内燃機関点火
コイル装置が得られるという効果がある。
