According to the winding method of the winding machine, the capstan 30 for pulling the wire rod is rotated to apply tension to the wire rod to wind the wire rod, and then the capstan 30 is wound. The drop wire is wound around a winding frame 29 which is erected under the. However, according to this method, the elevating type receiving pawls 34 attached to the guides 31 are continuously lowered until the required number of products is obtained while being wound around the capstan 30 for pulling the wire rods, and the inner frames are regulated by the guides 31. The formed wire is stored in a cylinder shape for the length of the strip, and when it becomes the length of the strip, it is dropped onto the winding frame 29 at the lower part of the guide. Therefore, in order to manufacture a wire coil with a long length, A long elevating type receiving claw 34 and a vertically long guide 31 for taking up the wire rod are required, and as a result, there is a disadvantage that the device becomes large. It should be noted that IV without the lifting type receiving claw 34
Although there is also a winding machine, the wire rod wound on the capstan 30 for pulling the wire rod falls freely on the winding frame 29, so that it is difficult to adjust the packing shape and it is impossible to manufacture a bundled coil product having a good shape. There is a drawback that. The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a stable bundled coil product which is easy to handle on the user side while reducing the equipment size. The point is that it can be easily realized.

According to the present invention having the above-mentioned structure, by mounting the winding center guide having the winding portion having a diameter slightly smaller than the finished inner diameter of the wire coil which is the product, the feeding speed and the speed can be synchronized with this speed. Due to the relationship with the winding speed, the wire can be wound into a cylinder while controlling the inner frame so as not to come into close contact with the winding portion of the winding center guide. At the time when a predetermined amount of the wire rod is wound to form the cylindrical wire rod coil unit, the plurality of receiving pawls that are integrally rotating are intermittently moved down at a predetermined pitch. By this descending operation, the wire rod coil unit of the winding portion moves downward and becomes a bundle-shaped coil, which is received by the receiving claws and becomes stable. Although the winding of the wire rod is continuously performed, the wire rod coil unit that stabilizes immediately below the winding center guide acts as a receiving member for the wire rod coil unit to be formed next, so that the wire rod coil unit Winding is done smoothly.

The wire rod coil unit thus wound in a cylindrical shape descends by a length corresponding to the coil shaft length by the receiving claws that are intermittently lowered, so that the wire rod coil unit is slightly eccentric. It becomes a bundle of coils,
By repeating this operation in sequence, it is possible to stack the coils in a bundle and form a coil in a well-shaped bundle around the winding frame. At that time, since the guide portion formed in the tubular body having an outer diameter intermediate between the outer diameter of the winding portion and the outer diameter of the winding frame is coaxially and integrally connected to the lower portion of the winding portion, the wire rod is It corresponds to the difference in diameter and becomes a bundle,
The inner frame is wound around the guide part while being eccentrically formed by centrifugal force, and is smoothly and gently wound around the winding frame while maintaining the shape of this bundle. Therefore, when the wire coil is disengaged from the winding part as in the case where there is no guide part, the wire does not randomly wind around the winding frame due to centrifugal force and the winding shape is not deteriorated. It is possible to maintain a good winding shape while performing.

When the winding is performed for a fixed time or a fixed amount, the receiving claw 14 is lowered by a predetermined pitch. By this descent, the cylindrical wire rod coil unit is almost united and drops onto the lowered receiving claw 14, and at that time, falls around the winding frame 9 via the guide portion 11B as described above. Therefore, the coil is eccentric while being wound around the winding frame 9 while maintaining the shape of the bundle, so that the coil has a good winding shape. As is apparent from the time chart shown in FIG. 5, the receiving claw 14 is intermittently stopped and lowered, and descends at a predetermined pitch. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9. It is possible to form a bundle-shaped coil having a good shape in which a plurality of bundle-shaped wire coil units are overlapped in a pattern-lay shape around the winding frame 9.

FIG. 4 shows the winding center guide 10 in the winding device 2 according to each embodiment of the present invention. The form of the stepped cylindrical body in the embodiment described above (FIG. 4).
In addition to (a), the guide portion 11B is a tubular body with a plurality of steps, which sequentially becomes a small-diameter tubular portion downward, for example, FIG.
The guide portion 11B having a two-stage structure shown in (B) and the guide portion 11B having a structure as shown in FIG. 4C formed in a stepless tapered cylinder can be adopted. The above two examples are effective when used when there is a considerable difference in diameter between the winding portion 11A and the winding frame 9. The winding portion 11A and the guide portion 11B are, for example, in addition to the guide member shown in the above-described embodiment, a structure in which rods are arranged at regular intervals along the peripheral surface of the virtual cylinder (see FIG. )), Or a cracked tubular structure (see FIG. 4 (e)), etc., which does not necessarily have to be a cylindrical body, and which has other variations as long as it is a winding frame shape capable of winding a wire rod. Of course, it can be adopted.

As described above, according to the present invention, in the winding portion of the winding center guide, after a predetermined number of cylindrical wire rod coil units are wound, the receiving claws of the wire receiving element are removed. Since a bundle of wire rod coil units is formed at a position directly below the winding section by lowering it by a predetermined pitch, and this operation is repeated in sequence, a bundle with a good shape without any whiskers or the like. It is possible to obtain the wire rod coil. In addition, since the winding portion winds without applying tension, even in the state of winding a large number of strips, the downward movement is surely performed and the winding shape is stable.

Further, since the bundle-shaped wire rod coil unit located immediately below the winding portion acts to receive the wire rod wound next, a wire rod coil unit having a stable winding shape can be obtained. Further, since the winding center guide has the winding portion and the guide portion having a diameter smaller than that of the winding center guide, when the wire rod cylindrically wound in the winding portion is housed in the winding frame by the lowering of the receiving pawl, the winding center guide becomes large. Rapid fluctuations such as eccentricity can be alleviated, and the coil can be stably wound even at high speed as a clean bundle-shaped coil that does not cause "whiskers".

Further, according to the present invention, the inner cap is regulated by omitting the take-up capstan, which is indispensable in the conventional IV type winder, and by adopting the wind-up center guide having a short axial length. This eliminates the need for a guide having a long axial length, and has an economical effect of further reducing the size and cost of the entire apparatus.
