有効に再使用することが出来得るので使用熱量を大巾に
節減する効果がある。また室内の環境等により新鮮な外
気の取入れを必要とする場合には、上記の還気ダンパー
F3 を閉じ、他のダンパーF1 ,F2 を開路し、給、換
気用送風機7及び外気送風機8を運転行わしめることに
よって、室内の空気は空気取入口2より送風通路6aを
経てその全量が排気口4より室外に放出する。また上記
と同時に一方の新鮮な外気は外気取入口5より送風通路
6b内に導入し、送風室B内に流れ冷、温水用熱交換コ
イル9の作用にて適当な温度に加熱、加湿されながら送
風口3より新鮮な外気を室内に送給する。特にこの発明
においては近時、要望されている冷暖房を必要としない
季節の中間期等においては上記、外気送風機8のみによ
る片側運転によって新鮮な外気が外気取入口5を通して
送風通路6bに流れ、これが直接に室内に送給し理想的
な外気冷房をも容易に求めることも出来得るのである。
なお上記、室内に適当な加湿を必要とする場合には加湿
器10の作動により吹出空気と共に適当な加湿空気を同
時に室内に送給することも出来得るのである。また上
記、外気冷房時には冷、温水用熱交換コイル9への通水
が停止されているが万一にも室内の人気、日照等の関係
にて冷気が不足する場合にはコイル9に冷水を通流し冷
気を補足するのみにて最適な室内温度を求めることも出
来得る。

し、還気ダンパーF3 を閉路とすることによって室内空
気は空気取入口2より送風通路6aを流れ排気口4より

得るのである。またかかる外気冷房時には冷、温水用熱
交換コイル9への熱媒の通流は停止されていることは謂
うまでもない。なお上記による各ダンパーF1 ,F2 ,
F3 の開閉操作はセンサー、コンピュータ、電動式、機
械的等種々の方法によって行われるものとする。
