2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, there has been an increasing tendency to preserve the global environment. From that point of view, environmental damage due to oil pollution of the ocean, rivers, lakes and marshes caused by oil discharged from ships, factories, general households, etc. has become a problem. In order to prevent this oil pollution, various methods of adsorbing and removing the discharged oil have been proposed.

For example, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication (Kokai) No. 60-179138 proposes an adsorbent such as oil in which a solid oil gelling agent is mixed with each fiber in a fused state in a fiber adsorbent.
However, since the adsorbent is a mixture of a fibrous adsorbent and a solid oil gelling agent, which are mixed together, the oil gelling agent undergoes thermal deterioration due to heat fusion, or causes a shape change or the like. There is a drawback that the adsorption performance decreases.

In Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 4-57293 (Japanese Patent Application No. 2-100134, Microfilm), there are two upper and lower parts.
A non-woven sheet made of hydrophobic fibers is bonded to each other with an oil-absorbing gel particle body sandwiched between them, or the non-woven sheet made of hydrophobic fibers is dispersed and held in the non-woven sheet. Has been proposed. However, the oil adsorbent is a so-called point-bonding method in which a method of sandwiching the oil-absorbent gel particles in the middle of the non-woven sheet or a method of holding the oil-absorbent gel particles in the non-woven sheet is needle punching. Therefore, there is a drawback that the oil-absorbent gel particles are dropped from the end of the oil adsorbent during transportation and use, and the oil gelling agent is not only lost but also the surroundings are contaminated. When the oil is adsorbed and then dropped off, a problem of secondary pollution occurs and it cannot be said to be a satisfactory oil adsorbent.

By adopting the above-mentioned structure, it is possible to reduce the thickness of the mat and prevent the oil adsorbent from causing the mamaco phenomenon when adsorbing the oil component. In addition, the thinning of the mat makes it possible to reduce costs for packaging, storage, transportation and the like. By adopting the above configuration, it is possible to prevent the shape change of the nonwoven fabric and / or the oil adsorbent due to melting or the like, and prevent the deterioration of the oil adsorption performance of the nonwoven fabric and / or the oil adsorbent. In addition, when the oil adsorption mat is used, it can be cut from the dot-shaped seal portion, and the size of the oil adsorption mat can be appropriately adjusted.

The oil-adsorbing mat of the present invention is one in which the oil-adsorbing agent is separated and filled in and sandwiched between the two layers of the nonwoven fabric. When a large amount of oil adsorbent is present in one place, when adsorbing oil, a layer to be adsorbed is formed only on the surface and it becomes difficult to be adsorbed inside, causing a so-called Mamako phenomenon. In order to prevent such a phenomenon, it is important that the oil adsorbent is separately filled and sandwiched between the two layers of non-woven fabric in small amounts. From this point of view, in the present invention, it is preferable that the oil adsorbent is separately filled and sandwiched by 0.05 to 5 g. More preferably, it is 0.1 to 3 g.
Depending on the type of the oil adsorbent, the adsorption capacity, the shape such as the particle size, etc., the amount to be separated, filled and sandwiched is appropriately selected from the above range. If the separation unit of the oil adsorbent is large, the oil adsorbent layer existing in the oil adsorption mat will become thicker, and it will be difficult to evenly adsorb the oil to the inside. It is easy to wake up. Considering this phenomenon, it is preferable that the separation unit is within the above range.

Although it varies depending on the type of oil adsorbent, bulk specific gravity, type and amount of oil to be adsorbed, etc., the perimeter is preferably 10 to 35 cm. More preferably, it is 10 to 25 cm.
The perimeter means the total value of the lengths of the sides in the case of a quadrangle, for example, and the length of the circumference in the case of a circle. Considering the ease of dot-like sealing, the preferred shape is a quadrangle such as a square, a rectangle, or a rhombus. More preferably, it is a square or a rectangle. Examples of the square having a perimeter of 10 to 35 cm include a square having one side of 2.5 to 8 cm.

The number of the above-mentioned dot-like seal portions in the oil adsorption mat of the present invention is not particularly limited, but in consideration of easiness of transportation, use and post-treatment of the oil adsorption mat, it is generally vertical. It is preferable that two to fifteen pieces are continuously formed in each of the direction and the lateral direction. That is, the oil adsorbent mat of the present invention is preferably a square or rectangular oil adsorbent mat having a length and width of 4 to 120 cm. When a mat with a large number of separated points is used in a narrow space, it is convenient to cut the mat from the seal and use a relatively small mat.

As a method of forming the point seal portion 2, a known joining method can be adopted. For example, a heat fusion method, an ultrasonic bonding method, a high frequency welder bonding method, an adhesive bonding method and the like are exemplified. In addition, a needle punch method can also be used. In producing the oil-adsorbing mat of the present invention, it is preferable that the dot-like sealing is carried out by the above method with the oil adsorbent 1 not present in the dot-like sealing portion 2.

By separating the oil adsorbent by the point-like seal, it is possible to suppress the deformation of the fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric to an extremely small portion. For example, when the front surface is planarly sealed, the fibers constituting the non-woven fabric are melted or formed into a sheet by an adhesive, and the sealing portion loses the capillary action, whereas the point-like sealing as in the present invention causes the capillary action. It is possible to suppress the portion that loses to a very small portion. Therefore, the oil-adsorbing mat of the present invention has an excellent oil-adsorbing ability even in the point-like seal portion. Moreover, since the dot-shaped seal portion has the above-described structure, the oil adsorbent can be prevented from falling off.

EXAMPLES Hereinafter, examples will be described in more detail. However, the present invention is not limited to the following examples. Example 1 Polyethylene-polyester composite fiber spunbonded nonwoven fabric (manufactured by Unitika Ltd., trade name: Elves, fabric weight: 7)
0 g / m 2 ) was cut into a length of 28.5 cm and a width of 28 cm to prepare two non-woven fabrics having the same size. One of them is placed horizontally, and a styrene-butadiene copolymer oil adsorbent (Shichemifa Corporation, trade name: Sigel) is placed on top of it.
Each 0.7g is 5.5cm in the vertical direction and 4.5c in the horizontal direction.
An equal amount of each was placed at equal intervals of m, and another non-woven fabric was laid on top of it so that the ends fit together. Then, using a heat-bonding trowel, spot heat seal (seal point diameter:
2 mm, 3 mm dot-like seal lines with an interval of 2 mm are provided at 2 mm intervals (see FIG. 3), and the outer peripheral portions of the two non-woven fabrics are heat-sealed in the same manner to form an oil gelling agent 0.
7g is 5.5cm in length and 5cm in length at intervals of 4.5cm in the horizontal direction
Thus, an oil adsorption mat was obtained, in which 6 pieces were horizontally separated and 6 pieces were horizontally arranged (total amount of oil adsorbent: 21 g). The thickness of the oil adsorption mat is 4
It was mm. Using the obtained oil adsorption mat, adsorption of oil floating on the water surface and gelation test were conducted by the following methods.

<Floating oil adsorption / holding test> Diameter 68 cm
Water is put in the water tank of No. 1, 150 g of heavy oil A is suspended on the water surface, one of the obtained oil adsorption mats is charged, and the water surface is left for 1 hour while vibrating. Then, one corner of the oil adsorption mat is grabbed, suspended in the air and drained for 30 minutes to measure the increase in the weight of the oil adsorption mat. As a result, the weight increase of the oil adsorption mat was 122 g. Further, during this test, the particles of the oil adsorbent and the oil adsorbent after adsorption did not drop off from the end of the oil adsorption mat. Furthermore, after the test was completed, the oil-adsorbing mat was cut and the oil-adsorbing agent was observed.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION In the oil adsorption mat of the present invention, since the oil adsorbent is separately filled and sandwiched between the two layers of the hydrophobic non-woven fabric, the oil adsorbent causes the mamaco phenomenon when adsorbing the oil component. It does not occur and has good adsorption efficiency. Further, since the oil adsorbent is separated by the dot-shaped seal, there is no change in the shape of the nonwoven fabric and / or the oil adsorbent due to melting of the seal portion, etc., and the oil adsorption performance of the nonwoven fabric and / or the oil adsorbent is good. . Furthermore, since the dot-shaped seal is composed of specific sealing points, it is possible to transport, use, post-process, etc. the oil adsorption mat,
The oil adsorbent does not fall off and there is no risk of secondary contamination. In addition, the size of the mat can be appropriately adjusted by cutting from the dot-shaped seal portion at the time of use.
