Abstract

PURPOSE:To uniformize the classes of the unpolished rice to be shipped and to stabilize the quality of the polished rice in post stages by screening the incoming unpolished rice to regular size grains and immature rice by the differences in grain sizes, then detecting the appearance state of the screened regularize grains and rescreening the regular size grains according to the results of the detection. CONSTITUTION:An incoming rice screening means 3 screens the incoming unpolished rice at the prescribed grain sizes to the regular size grains and the immature rice. An appearance detecting means 6 detects the appearance state of the screened regular size grains and calculates, for example, the content of the immature rice in accordance with the results of the detection. The screened regular size grains are rescreened by any of grain size screening machines 11A to 11C for rescreening or are directly supplied as good-quality rice to a good-quality rice metering device 14 without rescreening these grains. The good-quality rice rescreened by the grain size screening machines 11A to 11C is supplied to this good-quality rice metering device 14. The rescreened low-quality rice is supplied to a low-quality rice metering device 15. Namely, the incoming rice is screened to the regular size grains and the immature rice and thereafter, the regular size grains are rescreened according to the appearance of the regular size grains.

In the present invention, the unreceived brown rice is sorted into the sized rice and the unripe rice with the predetermined grain size by the unloaded rice sorting means. The appearance detecting means detects the appearance state of the selected sized particles. The detection of the appearance state, for example, to detect the presence or absence of unripe rice,
It means calculating the content rate of immature rice from the result. Then, according to the detected appearance state, the distribution unit distributes the sorted sized particles to a predetermined re-sorting unit among the plurality of re-sorting units. The distributed sized particles are re-sorted by the re-sorting means.

In this way, by the re-sorting of the re-sorting means,
Even if there is variation in the degree of mixing of unripe rice among the consigned brown rice, the unripe rice can be eliminated as much as possible.
It is possible to make uniform the grades of sized particles to be stored and stored. As a result, the grade of shipped brown rice can be made uniform, and the quality of milled rice in the subsequent process can be stabilized.

For example, when the content of the unripe rice is 15% or more, the grain size sorter 11C having a large mesh size is used for re-sorting,
When the content of immature rice is 15 to 10%, it is re-sorted by the grain size selector 11B having a medium texture, and when the content of immature rice is 10 to 5%, the grain size separator having a small texture is small. When the unripe rice content is 5% or less, it is not re-sorted by any of the grain size sorters 11A to 11C.

As described above, in the present embodiment, after the unpicked unpolished rice is sorted into the sized and the unripe rice by the grain union grain sizer 3 for unpacked unpolished rice, the appearance of the sorted unsized rice is judged as good or bad. Calculate the unripe rice content rate, and according to the calculation result,
The particle size selectors 11A to 11C having a larger size than the size of the particle size selector 3 and different in size are used to re-sort the sized particles. Therefore, in the examples of the present invention, even if there is a variation in the immature rice content of the consigned brown rice, the quality rice to be stored in the storage tank has a substantially uniform particle size and immature rice content,
The grade of shipped brown rice can be made uniform. As a result, it is possible to contribute to the stabilization of the quality of milled rice in the subsequent process.

Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, according to the content of the unripe rice in the sorted sized particles, the sized particles are re-sorted by the particle size sorters 11A to 11C to obtain a good quality in which the particle size and the unripe rice content are substantially uniform. Since the rice is obtained and the taste is detected as the internal quality of the good quality rice, and the brown rice is managed according to the result, it is possible to appropriately manage the brown rice in consideration of both the appearance quality and the internal quality.

As described above, according to the present invention, after the consigned brown rice is sorted into the sized and the unripe rice according to the difference in particle size,
The appearance state of the sorted sized particles is detected, and the sized particles are re-sorted according to the detection result. It is possible to make the grades uniform.
