On the other hand, as a conventionally known bag, there is a bag which does not have a header portion reinforced by the thick synthetic resin sheet, and many of them have already been supplied. This bag is merely a bag made of a synthetic resin film by a side seal method, a pillow method, or the like.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and when attaching a hanging piece as needed to an independent bag that has already been made into a bag and has already stored articles, the bag is inflated. The purpose of the present invention is to make it possible to attach a hanging piece to the bag without making it convenient for displaying and selling bags.

In the processes of the bag conveying process and the hanging sheet conveying process, the bag 1 and the hanging sheet 2 are polymerized so as to partially overlap each other. Then, between the adjacent bag bodies 1 and 1, the hanging sheets 2 are melt-cut by the fusing blades 15 along both side edges of each bag 1, so that the hanging sheets 2 correspond to the respective bags 1. That is, when the belt conveyors 3 and 4 that are intermittently fed are stopped, the fusing blade 15 performs fusing, and the portion of the hanging sheet 2 that is welded to the bag 1 remains as the hanging piece 13. In this second embodiment, the hanging sheet 2 that has undergone the welding process
Is a sheet for suspension 2 by an integrated fusing blade (not shown).
Is cut corresponding to each bag 1 to be cut (cutting step), and the fragment 14 fixed to the upper part of each bag 1 via the welding portion 9 is punched out in a hook shape (cutting step). . That is, when the belt conveyor that intermittently conveys the bag 1 and the hanging sheet 2 is stopped, the dividing step and the punching step are performed at the same time, and moreover, the hanging piece 13 attached to the upper portion of the bag 1.
Is formed in a hook shape in which a part of the annular hanging portion 11 is divided.

(Effects of Embodiment) According to the configuration of the above embodiment, the welding step (warm-shell shaped body forming step) is configured prior to the dividing step, so as shown in FIG. Sheet 2 with multiple bags 1,
A well-shaped material N is formed by connecting 1's at intervals.

By the way, as described above, the bag 1 is inflated because the product M is already stored, but is welded to the hanging sheet 2 via the welded portion 9 so as to be flat. . Therefore, the bag 1 exerts tension on the welded portion 9. As a result, the portion of the hanging sheet 2 corresponding to the width dimension of the bag 1 constitutes a strained area X which is inevitably deformed into a wavy shape under the tension.

Therefore, suppose that the bag 1 and the bag 1 are arranged close to each other with respect to the hanging sheet 2 (hereinafter, this structure is referred to as a comparative example). Since the sheet 2 is continuously distorted and deformed continuously in the longitudinal direction, when the hanging sheet 2 is fused by the fusing blade between the adjacent bags 1 and 1 in the subsequent dividing step,
Since the fusing is performed on the strain-deformed portion, the fusing line is unlikely to be in a straight line state, and there is a risk of forming a wavy fusing line due to the strain.

On the other hand, if a plurality of bags 1 are arranged at intervals and the connecting extension 16 is formed between the strained regions X of the hanging sheet 2 as in the above embodiment, A strain absorbing region Y is formed by the connecting extension 16. That is, the suspension sheet 2 as a whole gradually disperses and relaxes the strain deformation from the strain region X to the strain absorbing region Y.

Therefore, according to the structure of the root embodiment, when the hanging sheet 2 is melt-cut between the bags 1 and 1 in the cutting step,
Since the portion of the hanging sheet 2 that receives the fusing blade has a relatively small strain deformation as compared with the comparative example, it is possible to form a fusing line that is as close to a straight line as possible.

ところで、分断工程においては、袋1の側縁に一致して

By the way, in the cutting step, it is preferable that the hanging sheet 2 is melt-cut in conformity with the side edge of the bag 1. It is difficult to exactly match.

Therefore, in the case of the comparative example, when the stop position of the intermittently conveyed hot-water curtain-shaped body N causes a slight error (positional shift) with respect to the fusing blade, the fusing blade is close to the welding portion 9 in the bag. There is a possibility that it will be located above 1 and will accidentally bite into the side edge of the bag 1 and melt the part of the bag 1.

On the other hand, according to the configuration in which the connecting extension 16 is formed in the hanging sheet 2 as in the above-described embodiment, the fusing blade is attached to the bag 1.
It is not necessary to exactly match the side edge of the
If it is located near 6 and along the side edge of the bag 1, by this, even if the stop position of the hot condensate body N causes a slight error (positional deviation) with respect to the fusing blade, it is erroneous. The side edge of the bag 1 will not be blown out. In other words, the connecting extension is 16 between the bags 1, 1 arranged at intervals.
Is extended, the thermal fusing can be performed in a wide range on the connection extension portion 16, and the error of the thermal fusing point can be allowed.
And, in the unlikely event that the fusing is performed with an error,
The hanging piece 13 formed by thermal fusing is formed to have a width dimension slightly wider than the width of the bag 1. However, the bag 1 is formed into a bag first, and the product M has already been stored and has a predetermined width. Since it is formed according to the dimensions, there is no practical problem.

That is, in general, a product packed in a bag is supplied to a retailer or the like in a state where the product is already made into a bag and the product is stored by selecting a bag in a product maker and packaging the product. Therefore, if the supplied bag 1 is not provided with the hanging piece 13, the form of the bag cannot be changed by itself even when the retailer or the like thinks that the bag is not suitable for display and sale. He was forced to accept the inconvenience.

In this regard, according to the present invention, if the retailer or the like is provided with a device that enables the method of the present invention, the retailer or the like implements the present invention as necessary to eliminate the inconvenient state. It is now possible to carry out desirable display sales.

When attaching the hanging piece 13 to the independent bag 1 which has been made into a bag and has already been stored with goods, the hanging sheet 2 made of a continuous belt-shaped synthetic resin sheet for a large number of bags 1 and 1.
Since the hanging pieces 13 that are fixed to each bag 1 are formed by polymerizing and fixing the same, they can be processed in large quantities and can be automated, and labor saving can be achieved even in mass retailers. However, it can be carried out easily.

A bag 1 that forms a pair of goodwill N by a welding process prior to the dividing process and is adjacent to the suspending sheet 2 with a space therebetween,
Since the connecting extension 16 that extends over the space between the two is provided: (1) Even when the hanging sheet causes a strained region X in which the hanging sheet is strained due to the tension of the bag 1 in which the articles are stored, the connecting extension is provided. Via the strain absorption region Y constituted by 16,
As a whole, the strain deformation can be dispersed and relaxed. Therefore, the fusing line of the hanging sheet 2 formed during the dividing step can be formed to be as straight as possible. As a result, there is an effect that the side edge of the hanging piece 13 in each divided bag 1 is finished beautifully.
