面積に制約を受けることになるのである。またキャスタ
ーを上下動させる前記後者のものは、この上下動をネジ
機構によっているので、省力化は可能であるとしても上
下動に時間がかかる弊害を有しているのである。

ると共に、この作動軸をペダルの一方への扇動動作で同
一の方向へ間歇回転させることにより前記交差リンクの
なす角度を変更させるようにしたことを特徴とするので
