宜手段に関連して設けると共に、この穿孔筒5の内部に
は先端に可撓性の環状受盤6を有する吸引管7を前記穿
孔筒5の進退とは独立状態のもとに適時的に進退させる
ことができるように適宜手段に関連して設け、かつこの
吸引管7には真空ポンプ8を接続して内部を切換弁によ
る切り換えにより適時的に負圧にすることができるよう

部に任意の他食品を充填することにより詰物型食品が得
られるのであり、その組み合わせにより格別な珍味を得
ることができる。なお果実として梅漬を採択すると注入
食品の腐敗を防止して長期の保存が可能である利点もあ
