In order to roof this covered metal enclosure on the upper part of the roof of the structure and the rising wall, the wall portion is attached with a wall joint material which is a member different from the general coated metal material, The ends were seam welded together. In this case, there are inconveniences such as that the construction is troublesome and many members are required.

良好に対応できるようにしたものである。Therefore, the inventor, as a result of earnest studies to solve the above problems, the present invention, the side plate rising portion is formed on both sides in the width direction of the main plate, the main plate and both longitudinal end of both side rising portions. Has an appropriate radius of curvature when viewed from the side, and about 1/4
A coated metal material is formed by forming a circular curved portion and lowering only the heights of both side rising portions of the curved portion to be lower than the heights of the other side rising portions. Is a rising wall, and the other is a flat eaves, and a plurality of coated metal materials are arranged on the upper part of the structure, and the side rising portions and curved portions of the adjacent coated metal materials are seam welded. To form an expansion joint, which is sequentially repeated to cover the upper portion of the structure, and the upper end of the curved portion of the coated metal material is disposed so as to substantially abut the inside of the rising wall, The eaves leading edge consisting of the part where the expansion joint part at the other end in the longitudinal direction of the coated metal material is in contact with the main plate surface and the end of the main plate are connected to the connection piece of the eaves part arabesque material provided at the eaves part By using the covered metal enclosure, the upper part of the roof of the structure and the rising wall are integrally water-tight. It is possible to cover airtightly and solve the above problems by easily performing good eaves section repair on the eaves part of the structure, and also to cope with thermal expansion and contraction of the covered metal material. is there.

In addition, the curved portion 7 having a shape of about 1/4 circle is formed, and only the height of both side rising portions 6, 6 of the curved portion 7 is made lower than the height of the other side rising portions 6. A plurality of coated metal materials B are arranged on the upper portion 1 of the structure A, in which the rising wall 3 is formed on one of the upper portions 1 and the other is the flat eaves portion 4. The side rising portions 6, 6 of the adjacent coated metal material B
And the curved portions 7, 7 are seam welded to each other to form the expansion joint portion 10, and these are sequentially repeated to cover the upper portion 1 of the structure A, and the upper end of the curved portion 7 of the coated metal material B is covered. It is arranged so as to substantially abut on the inside of the rising wall 3, and its coated metal material B
Of the elongate end of the elongate joint 8 at the other end in the longitudinal direction of the main plate 5 and the end of the main plate 5 at which the expansion joint 10 is bent so as to contact the main plate 5
Is a covered metal enclosure connected to the connecting pieces 11 of the eaves part arabesque material C provided at the four eaves parts. First, the upper part 1 of the structure A and the rising wall 3 are integrally formed. It can be watertightly and airtightly coated and can be easily constructed. Secondly, it can cope with thermal expansion and contraction of the coated metal material B. Thirdly, the eaves section A of the structure A can be well repaired. There is an effect that it can be easily installed and is elegant.

By placing the coated metal material B on the upper portion 1 while disposing the upper end of the curved portion 7 inside the rising wall 3, the upper portion 1 such as the roof of the structure A and the rising wall 3 are naturally placed. Can be integrally and watertightly and airtightly covered.

できる効果がある。Next, when the upper portion 1 and the rising wall 3 are integrally covered with the curved portion 7 of the coated metal material B, the curved portion 7 forms the upper portion 1.
A gap is formed between the corner of the rising wall 3 and the rising wall 3. Therefore, even if the coated metal material B thermally expands and contracts in the longitudinal direction in response to the outside air temperature, the curved portion 7 having a shape of about 1/4 circle may escape into the void portion (chain line in FIG. 8). Section), and acts to extend the curved portion 7 and responds well to the thermal expansion and contraction of the coated metal material B, so that deformation strain or damage due to thermal stress or the like is generated in the coated metal envelope. There is an effect that can be surely prevented.

ことができる利点がある。Further, conventionally, in order to attach the coated metal envelope to the base portion having the rising portion, another wall fitting material is provided and seam welding is performed. Therefore, the number of members inevitably increases, and the seam welding must be performed in the vertical and horizontal directions, and the seam welding work is extremely troublesome, but in the coated metal enclosure of the present invention. The number of members can be reduced, and seam welding of 10 expansion joints can be performed on a straight line from the rising wall 3 side of the structure A toward the eaves section 4 (or vice versa). There is an advantage that the work can be done easily and the construction efficiency can be greatly improved.
