DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Industrial field of application) The present invention uses, for example, an appropriate material such as natural stone, crystallized glass, tile, wood, iron plate panel, aluminum panel, and plastic panel. The present invention relates to a wall body device for a building structure, in which a substantially panel finishing material formed as a material is used as a unit panel material to appropriately construct a wall body such as an outer wall or an inner wall of the building structure.

(Prior Art) Conventionally, when constructing an outer wall of a building structure appropriately, for example,
Place a plurality of suitable finishing materials with reinforcing bars, bolts, etc. in the frame as appropriate, pour concrete etc. into this frame, cure it and take it out from the frame, and a plurality of finishing materials are pre-attached The concrete panel material in the state of being formed was formed, and this concrete panel material was attached to the building by an appropriate means to construct.

However, the work of forming a concrete panel material to which a plurality of finishing materials are pre-applied as described above requires a considerable amount of skill in the work itself, and requires waiting for the concrete or the like to harden. However, there was a problem that it took a lot of time and the work efficiency was poor. Further, since the concrete panel material itself is set to have a height of one floor of the building structure, the concrete panel material to which a plurality of finishing materials are attached in advance becomes relatively large, bulky and considerably large. There was a drawback in terms of weight. For this reason, there are problems such as poor transportability, a large-sized hoisting machine and the like required when the structure is mounted on a building structure, and inconvenient handling.

For this reason, a natural panel, a crystallized glass, a tile, a wood, an iron plate panel, an aluminum panel, a plastic panel or other suitable material is formed into a substantially panel-like finishing material as an outer wall, an inner wall, or the like. The building structure can be easily and securely installed without requiring skill, and it is possible to provide high-quality outer and inner walls, etc. that make it possible to install the finishing material on the surface in a good condition. High outer walls and inner walls were required.

Therefore, a connecting structure of the stone plates in the composite stone plate as described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-14009 is proposed,
This is a metal plate Form a connecting fitting by combining a pair of connecting members that are bent into a shape, and insert each of the connecting members that make up the connecting fitting into several sets of insertion grooves provided on the upper and lower ends of the back surface of the stone plate. While inserting the plate parts facing each other, each horizontal plate part of the set of connecting members is fastened with fastening bolts to fix several connecting metal fittings to the back surface of the stone plate, and the several fixed to each stone plate. The stone plates are connected by connecting the connecting metal pieces through the connecting angle.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, in the stone plate connection structure as described above, there is a difficulty that it is difficult to uniformly align the distance between the stone plate and the connection angle, and the stone plate and the connection angle are also connected. Since the member is in a fixed state only by inserting and locking the insertion plate part of the connecting member in the insertion groove of the stone plate, the fixed state of the stone plate and the connecting member is relatively unstable, There is a risk that the insertion state of the insertion plate portion into the groove may not be constant and the fixing state between the stone plate and the connecting member may be incorrect.

Further, at a predetermined position (for example, in the vicinity of the four corners) on the back surface of the unit panel finishing material B, a plurality of pairs of hooking recess grooves 11 arranged at appropriate intervals are recessed. Moreover, in the illustrated example, the retaining recess groove 11 is formed to be larger than the retaining claw pieces 21 and 23 described later, and the inner surface of the retaining recess groove 11 and the retaining claw piece are formed.
It is formed so that a synthetic resin layer 12 (for example, an epoxy resin layer) having an appropriate thickness can be interposed between the outer surface and 21,23. That is, the synthetic resin layer 12 prevents the latch claw pieces 21, 23 from directly contacting the inner surface of the latch recess groove 11, and
It is possible to prevent the peripheral portion of the retaining recess groove 11 from being damaged by the retaining claw pieces 21 and 23. In addition, in the hook recess groove 11,
The synthetic resin layer 12 as described above may not be provided, and the locking claw pieces 21, 23 may directly contact the inner surface of the locking recess groove 11.

By the way, the hooking recess groove 11 of the unit panel finishing material B is recessed in an appropriate inclined state so as to match the bending angle of the hooking claw pieces 21, 23, and the pair of hooking claw pieces 21, 23 is formed. Are formed so as not to easily deviate from the pair of retaining recess grooves 11. In the illustrated example, the pair of locking recessed grooves 11 are inclined so that the bottoms thereof approach each other, and the metal fitting base 20 and the moving body 22 are provided.
The pair of latching claw pieces 21 and 23 are formed so as to hold the unit panel finishing material B in the portion between the pair of latching recessed grooves 11 with a narrow pressure when the and are closer to each other. However, a pair of hook recesses 11
Is inclined so that the bottoms thereof are separated from each other, and the metal fitting base 20 and the moving body 22 are separated from each other, so that the pair of locking claw pieces 21 and 23 are expanded and the unit panel finishing material B is formed. It may be formed so as to be pressed and held (not shown), or may be arbitrarily set. Further, when the pair of locking recessed grooves 11 are inclined so that the bottom portions are separated from each other, between the nut 4 screwed to the tip end portion of the guide rod 24, the metal fitting base body 20 and the moving body 22. By inserting the elastic spring 26 and rotating the nut with the proximal end of the guide rod 24 screwed into the crease, the movable body 22 can be pressed by the elastic force of the elastic spring 26 and the tip of the guide rod 24. The panel finishing material mounting bracket C (not shown) thus formed is used.

By the way, when the panel finishing material mounting bracket C is attached to the unit panel finishing material B, the metal fitting base 20 and the moving body 22 are spread at a predetermined interval against the resilience of the resilient springs 26 to form the unit panel finishing material. The tip of the hooking claws 21, 23 of the panel finish material mounting bracket C is applied to the groove edge portion of the hooking recess groove 11 of B, and moves with the metal fitting base 20 while releasing the elastic force of the elastic spring 26. body
22 and the latch claw pieces 21 and 23 are gradually pushed into the latch recessed groove 11, and the latch claw pieces 21 and 23 are gradually approached.
Each of them is inserted into the retaining groove 11. At this time, if the synthetic resin layer 12 is previously formed in the retaining recess groove 11, the synthetic resin layer 12 is interposed between the retaining claw pieces 21, 23 and the inner surface of the retaining recess groove 11. It will be in a worn state. Then, the nut 25 is rotated to bring the moving body 22 slightly closer to the metal fitting base body 20, thereby completing the attachment of the panel finish material attachment fitting C to the unit panel finish material B. That is, the interval between the pair of hooking claw pieces 21 and 23 is adjusted so as to press the inner surfaces of the pair of hooking recessed grooves 11 respectively, so that the panel finishing material mounting bracket C is securely attached to the unit panel finishing material B. Fix it. Moreover, at this time, the unit panel finishing material B
