According to the decorating device as described above, the printing layer 3b is transferred by pressing force and heat for blowing the hollow molded product in the step of molding the hollow molded product by putting the transfer foil 3 in a mold. Therefore, the decorating step can be greatly reduced compared to the method of decorating in the subsequent step by screen printing, hot stamping or the like. Further, since there is no need to apply heat after molding as in the case of a hot stamp, it is possible to obtain a hollow molded product having a uniform content. Furthermore, since the printing layer 15b formed on the transfer foil 3 can be printed by gravure printing, it is possible to decorate the hollow molded product with a picture of beautiful gradation and color tone. Furthermore, even if the surface of the hollow molded article has a complicated curved surface, the transfer foil 3 adheres closely to the curved surface, so that the curved surface can be decorated. Further, the decorating layer 15 of the transfer foil 3 is sequentially transferred to the mold 2 by rotating the supply unit 4 and the roller unit 18 of the winding unit 5 in synchronization.
Since it can be easily sent inside, the delay of the molding cycle of the hollow molded product due to the decoration can be minimized.

[Effect of the Invention] According to the method for decorating a hollow molded article according to the present invention, the printing layer is hollow molded in the step of molding the hollow molded article by inserting the transfer foil having the print layer into the mold. Since it is transferred to the product, it is possible to significantly reduce the decorating step as compared with the method of decorating in a subsequent step by silk screen printing, hot stamping or the like. Further, since there is no need to apply heat after molding as in the case of a hot stamp, it is possible to obtain a hollow molded product having a uniform content. Further, since the printing layer can be printed by gravure printing as well, it is possible to decorate the hollow molded product with a design such as a beautiful gradation and color tone. Furthermore, even if the surface of the hollow molded article has a complicated curved surface, the transfer foil adheres along the curved surface, so that the complicated curved surface can be decorated.

On the other hand, according to the decorating device of the hollow molded product, the decorating layer of the transfer foil can be successively fed into the mold easily by synchronously rotating the roller portions of the supply unit and the winding unit. It is possible to minimize the delay of the molding cycle of the hollow molded product due to the decoration.
