RD側及び、ビットタイミングBT1側に切り換えておき、
印刷部のシフトレジスタに受信画データを転送する。又
その時点のシフトレジスタ内のデータの状態を第3図
(A)に示す。次にtの時点で、該切換器を白データWHI
TEDATA及び、別のビットタイミングBT2側に切り換え、
残りのビット数分シフトレジスタに白データを転送す
る。ビットタイミングの切り換えはヘッドの総ビット数
と白データのビット数の相違を吸収する為に行なわれ
る。その時のシフトレジスタの内のデータの状態を第3
図(B)に示す。以上のようにして毎ライン画信号中の固
定白区間に印刷部のシフトレジスタの残りのビット数分
だけ白データを別のビットタイミングBT2により転送す
ることにより、印刷部のシフトレジスタ内に前ラインの
画データの一部が残るという欠点を除去し、常に良好な
画質が得られる。
