Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 (イ)産業上の利用分野 本発明は、前面、周側面、内フランジをプレス等によつ
て一体に絞り加工する方式の冷蔵庫等の扉体に関するも
のである。

部的にウレタンフオームが収縮し、この収縮に追従して
扉本体の表面に部分的な凹みが発生する。特にこの凹み
が扉本体の前面に発生した場合には商品の外観が著るし
く低下し、商品価値がなくなる虞れがある。

性があり且つ独立気泡性のシート部材(6)と、更に該
シート部材の内側を覆着するポリエチレン等のフイルム
(7)と、で構成している。そして断面状に一体に絞
り成形した前記扉外板(3)にあつてはスプリングバッ
クによつて前記前面(3a)の中央部がH寸法だけ前方に
突出した状態に湾曲している。

面(3a)の湾曲は前記発泡用上下治具(8a)(8b)によ
つて矯正されているものの治具(8a)(8b)から取り出
せばまた湾曲する。

の注入時における流れを良好にし、且つ大きさを前記シ
ート部材(6)よりも充分に大きくして周縁の複数箇所
を前記前面(3a)の内側に接着或いは溶着することによ
り、前記シート部材(6)と前記前面(3a)の内側との
間に発泡充填時の断熱材が侵入して両者が接着するのを
防止している。
