[0012] The amount of permanent solvent is about 400 liters, which is extremely large, and the amount of detergent consumed is a large amount such as an initial charge of about 1.2 liters and a main charge of about 8 liters. Since most of them are adsorbed by the adsorption filter centering on activated carbon, it tends to be in a state where washing is performed only with the solvent, which requires a large amount of detergent charge, which is extremely uneconomical.

Usually, dirt is classified into three types: water-soluble, oil-soluble, and insoluble (solid). However, conventional adsorption filters mainly using activated carbon mainly remove water-soluble dirt, and therefore, oil-soluble and insoluble. The stains are mainly distilled to remove the solvent as an evaporated residue.

However, the distillation treatment consumes heat and electric energy of a distiller, a condenser and the like, and the water separated by the water separator is a large amount of treatment in order to clear the pollution regulations such as removing the toxicity of the solvent. Because of the drawback of being expensive,
If possible, it is desired to reduce or eliminate the distillation treatment.

In the conventional washing, both agents in the processing tank used while circulating with the adsorption filter in the washing operation are once returned to the base tank at the end of the operation, so both agents in the base tank are not removed by the adsorption filter. Remained mixed, and the stains accumulated and accumulated at the bottom and corners of the tank, and they occasionally could not make up even if the tank was cleaned, causing a foul odor.

The ratio of the detergent in the treatment tank at the time of washing is about 4% as described above, which is a very high concentration, and therefore the amount of the detergent remaining on the clothes is large after the liquid is removed. However, there is a drawback in that the detergent once dipped in the solvent adheres to the clothes again during soaking operation, so-called reverse contamination occurs.

The designated liquid level means a detergent mixed with a minimum amount of detergent and a processing agent required for washing and processing clothes of a set weight in the processing tank 1, and a minimum required amount of solvent, that is, the same. Shows the liquid level when a solvent is injected to the extent that clothes can be evenly pickled by the rotation of the processing drum. It is a low liquid level when viewed from the past, and it is unique to the present invention for one-time cleaning in the present invention. The liquid level of both agents in the processing tank 1 is referred to as "designated liquid level".

As the solvent, general perchlorethylene, petroleum-based solvent, fluorine-based solvent, trichloroethane, etc. are used, and the detergent is suitable for the solvent used, and in particular, it has a property with little affinity to clothes, that is, dirt. Mainly uses nonionic detergents (nonionic detergents, detergents that do not have an electric charge of +/-) that does not cause residue to adhere to clothes, and uses processing agents (softening agents, fluorescent agents, resin agents, antistatic agents). , Etc., except for water repellents) are mainly anionic processing agents that are compatible with the solvent used and the detergent, and that have a particularly strong affinity for clothing, that is, that they adhere well to clothing. (-Ionic processing agent) is used.

Since the first filter 10 is a paper filter, it effectively removes insoluble dirt, that is, solid matter (dust, fiber waste, etc.) by filtration, but it passes the solvent and the blended detergent as they are without adsorbing them. As a result, since the detergent was circulated in the adsorption filter at the same time as the start of washing in the related art, the detergent was adsorbed to the adsorption filter before the washing was completed and the washing effect of the detergent could not be sufficiently exerted.

Then, as a second step, when the cleaning action by the detergent is almost achieved, the two agents in the processing tank 1 are treated with the first filter 10 and the second filter while cleaning and processing are also performed by rotating the processing drum. It is circulated and sent to both filters of 11, and the remaining insoluble stains, water-soluble and oil-soluble stains, deteriorated detergents, fatty acids, pigments, moisture, etc. are adsorbed and removed, and the solvent is gradually cleaned to remove clothes. The effect of rinsing is enhanced, and after the set time, only the clean solvent is left, and the solvent is returned to the base tank by the liquid removal operation.

By circulating both agents through the first and second filters at the same time in the stage, all the stains are gradually removed from both agents (note that the processing agent is attached to the clothing and consumed by the processing action).
Since it becomes progressively cleaner solvent only, that is to say it has an effective rinsing action, thus eliminating the rinsing step, which was conventionally a separate step.

Further, as described above, since the non-ionic detergent having a low affinity is used as the detergent, the stains on the clothes can be removed efficiently, but the detergent does not adhere to the clothes and, on the contrary, Since the processing agent used is an anionic processing agent having a strong affinity, it effectively adheres to soiled clothes, and here, one-bath cleaning can be completely achieved.

A large amount of solvent is required for cleaning, and the amount of solvent
Due to this, the detergent is often charged with the initial charge and the main charge.
The amount of detergent required is large, and most of the detergent is an adsorption
Since it is adsorbed by the filter, cleaning is performed only with the solvent.
It tends to Migihitsuji state, further to require a large amount of detergent charge, is very uneconomical.

Since the first filter 10 is a paper filter, it effectively removes insoluble dirt, that is, solid matter (dust, fiber waste, etc.) by filtration, but it passes the solvent and the blended detergent as they are without adsorbing them. As a result, since the detergent was conventionally circulated to the adsorption filter at the same time as the start of washing, the detergent was adsorbed to the adsorption filter before the washing was completed, and the washing effect of the detergent could not be sufficiently exerted.

Then, as the second step, when the cleaning action by the detergent is almost achieved, the two agents in the processing tank 1 are treated with the first filter 10 and the second filter while cleaning and processing are also performed by rotating the processing drum. It is circulated and sent to both filters of 11, and the remaining insoluble dirt, water-soluble and oil-soluble dirt, deteriorated detergent, fatty acids, pigments, water, etc. are adsorbed and removed, and the solvent is gradually cleaned to remove clothes. The effect of rinsing is enhanced, and after the set time, only the clean solvent is left, and the solvent is returned to the base tank by the liquid removal operation.

The second filter 12 is filled with various porous ceramics, activated carbon, deoxidizer, etc.,
It decomposes and removes water-soluble stains, oil-soluble stains, deteriorated detergents, etc. generated by washing. Therefore, the second

Further, as described above, since the detergent uses a detergent having a property of low affinity, it can effectively remove stains on clothes, but the detergent does not adhere to the clothes and, conversely, is processed. As the agent uses a processing agent with a strong affinity, it will efficiently adhere to dirty clothes,
Here, one-bath cleaning can be completely achieved.
