(Prior art and its problems) For example, some air conditioners such as air conditioners for buildings have a cooling device part and a blower device part connected to a duct as shown in FIG. In such a case, a vibration isolator is provided between the cooling device portion serving as a vibration source and the blower portion to prevent transmission of vibration. In such an air conditioner, cold air is created inside and is sent out through a duct. Therefore, due to the temperature difference with the outside air surrounding the air conditioner, rivets or upper and lower mounts or airtight sheets are attached. The problem that the bolt becomes a heat bridge and dew condensation occurs on the rivet, the bolt or the upper and lower mounts, and the iron upper and lower mounts and the rivets or bolts are corroded in a short period of time. There was also a drawback that it took a lot of time to put on and take off when there were attachments. Further, since the upper and lower pedestals are made of iron, they are heavy, and as a result, they resonate greatly depending on the frequency, and the anti-vibration device may act as a resonance source rather than causing a problem. Furthermore, when the upper and lower mounts are made of iron, when used in the air conditioning equipment as described above, not only is there a drawback that heat conduction occurs due to heat conduction through the upper and lower mounts and bolts and rivets, as well as iron. There was also a drawback that the frame could not be integrally molded, which required assembly man-hours and increased costs. Further, since the cooling device portion of the air conditioner is heavy, it is necessary to move the position of the vibration absorber after the installation of the vibration isolator in order to find the optimum vibration isolation condition, and therefore the vibration absorber can be easily moved after the installation. Although it must have a structure, when the vibration absorber is housed in the airtight sheet, the vibration absorber cannot be moved, and as a result, the vibration absorber is arranged outside the airtight sheet. Therefore, there is a drawback in that the vibration absorber appears outside and impairs the aesthetics of the entire device.

(Object of the Invention) The present invention has been made in view of the drawbacks of the conventional example,
Firstly, the purpose is to prevent the upper and lower pedestals from being corroded by dew condensation, which has excellent durability, is lightweight, has a heat insulating effect, and causes little heat loss. Secondly, the airtight sheet can be easily attached and detached. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a vibration isolator that is extremely practical and aesthetically pleasing because the vibration absorber housed therein can be easily moved during installation and maintenance.

Then, for example, air conditioning equipment such as an air conditioner (17)
The vibration isolation device (A) is installed between the cooling device (18) part and the blower device (19) part. The vibration isolator (A) is provided with an appropriate number of vibration absorbers (3) according to the load of the cooling device (18), and the vibration absorbers (3) are fitted to the center of gravity of the cooling device (18). Move it properly along the rail ridges (12). Subsequently, the airtight sheet (5) is wound around the entire circumference between the upper pedestal (1) and the lower pedestal (2) to form the airtight sheet (5).
The upper and lower ends are inserted into the mounting groove (4) together with the mounting frame (6) and fixed. At this time, the locking ridge (10) at the opening of the mounting groove (4) and the engaging ridge (11) of the mounting frame (6) are strongly engaged with each other, and the end of the airtight sheet (5) is The part will be strongly clamped, and the airtight condition will be maintained. If higher airtightness is required, the packing (7) can be inserted to deal with higher pressure. In this state, the air conditioner is operated to check the vibration isolation state. If the vibration isolation effect is insufficient, remove the mounting frame (6) and remove the airtight sheet (5) from the mounting groove (4). The vibration absorber (3) is moved again to adjust the vibration isolation, and then the airtight sheet (5) is attached again. In this way, the optimum vibration isolation state is obtained. In this case, the vibration absorber (3) is hidden inside the airtight sheet (5) and cannot be seen from the outside, which does not impair the overall aesthetics. Further, the earthquake-proof bolt (9) functions as a stopper when an earthquake or the like occurs, and regulates the three-dimensional movement amount of the cooling device (18) front, back, left and right, and up and down. The cooling device (18) is prevented from coming out of the supportable range of the vibration absorber (3). In addition, during the above-mentioned operation, since cold air passes through the airtight sheet (5), a difference in airtightness occurs between the inside and the outside, and tension is applied to the mounting portion of the airtight sheet (5) to cause the locking projection (10). The airtight sheet (5) is strongly pressed against, resulting in high airtightness.

(Effect) As described above, according to the present invention, the upper pedestal and the lower pedestal are formed of engineering plastic such as FRP or a composite material using the same or a composite material in which the outer periphery of the metal frame is coated with resin. For example, even if the pedestal is installed in an air conditioner such as an air conditioner and used, the upper and lower pedestals themselves are not corroded due to the dew condensation caused by the temperature difference between the inside and outside during operation,
It has the advantage of exhibiting excellent durability, in addition to FRP
Since the engineering plastic or the composite material using the same or the composite material in which the outer periphery of the metal frame is coated with resin is used, the entire prevention device becomes extremely lightweight, and as a result,
There is no need to say that the prevention device becomes a resonance source as in the past, it not only exhibits a very high anti-vibration effect, but also because the thermal conductivity is significantly worse than iron, regardless of the temperature difference between inside and outside. The heat transfer is small and the heat loss can be largely eliminated. In addition, a vibration absorber is provided between the upper and lower pedestals, and a mounting groove for attaching the airtight sheet is provided in the entire circumference of the upper and lower pedestals. Since the upper and lower ends of the airtight sheet arranged around the circumference are airtightly inserted in the mounting groove, it is easy to attach and detach the airtight sheet instead of rivet fixing as in the past. Even if the vibration absorber is installed, the vibration absorber can be easily set again, which is not only practical but also has the advantage that by installing the vibration absorber inside, the aesthetics of the entire device can be enhanced. is there. In addition, a mounting groove for attaching the airtight sheet is provided on the entire circumference of the upper and lower pedestals, and the upper and lower ends of the airtight sheet provided over the entire circumference between the pedestal and the lower pedestal are in the mounting groove. Since it is mounted in an airtight manner, cold air is blown into the airtight sheet during operation, causing a pressure difference between the inside and the outside, and as a result, tension is applied to the attachment part of the airtight sheet to improve adhesion and improve airtightness. There is also the advantage of letting it.
