に説明する。先ずダイス2上の粉末供給箱4を揺動また
は振動させて、粉末供給箱4内の粉末Aを、ダイス2の
複数の孔2aとこの孔2aに嵌入する同数の下パンチ3
の上端面3aによって形成される穴部に充填する(第4
図(a)。次に粉末供給箱4を摺動して後退させた後、ダ
イス2の孔2aと同数の上パンチ1が下降してダイス2
の孔2a内に上部からそれぞれ嵌入し粉末Aを上面から
圧縮する(第4図(b)。次に下パンチ3が上昇して粉末
Aを下面より圧縮して所望の外形寸法に圧縮して成形体
Bを形成する(第4図(c))。次に上パンチ1を上昇さ
せて上パンチ1の先端部をダイス2の孔2aから引き上
げて抜き出させる。次にやや遅れた動作でダイス2の孔
2a内の下パンチ3を上昇させて成形体Bをダイス2か
ら排出する。次に粉末供給箱4をダイス2上へ前進移動
させ、粉末供給箱4の先端の外周部で成形体Bをダイス
上より排出させた後、下パンチ3を下降させて粉末成型
動作の一行程を完了する(第4図(d))。

ツキが大きくなるという欠点がある。

を前後進移動し、かつ後退時にダイス上に位置し、複数
のダイス孔上を開放にする複数の孔または切欠きを有す
る排出板と、上記排出板の前進時に排出板の下部に位置
し、左右移動し前記排出板の孔または切欠きの下面を開
放にする複数の孔または切欠きを有する開閉板を設けた
ことを特徴とする。

イスプレート5の中央には複数の上パンチ1とそれぞれ

ダイス2が設けられ、このダイス2の孔2aの下部には
複数の上パンチ1とそれぞれ中心軸を一致させて配置し
た複数の上パンチ1と同数の下パンチ3がその上部を嵌
入されている。さらに下パンチ3の下端は下パンチホル
ダー8によって下部ラム9に接続されている。4はダイ
スプレート5の上面に密接して配置した粉末供給箱であ
り、粉末供給箱4の側面に植立して設けられた連結ピン
10と接続金具11によってカム及び揺動腕等からなる
駆動機構(図示せず)に接続されダイスプレート5上を
前後進運動する。12は粉末供給箱4の先端部に固着さ
れた排出板であり、粉末供給箱4の後退時に複数の上パ
ンチ1とそれぞれ中心軸を一致させて上パンチ1と同数
でダイス2の孔2aよりやや大きな孔12aが穿孔され
ている。13はダイスプレート5の前部上面に形成され
た四角形の溝部であり、この溝部13には開閉板14が
左右移動可能に嵌挿されている。開閉板14の右端は粉
末成型装置フレーム(図示せず)に支持固定されたエア
ーシリンダー15の作動ロッド15aに接続されてい
る。開閉板14には粉末供給箱4の前進時および開閉板
14の左進時に、排出板12の孔12aとそれぞれ中心
軸が一致する同数のやや大きな孔14aが穿孔されてい
る。溝部13の底部には粉末供給箱4の前進時に排出板
12の孔12aとそれぞれ中心軸を一致させた同数の開
閉板14の孔14aよりやや大きな孔16が穿孔されて
いる。この孔14の下端にはそれぞれ導出管17が接続
されそれぞれ収納箱(図示せず)に導びかれている。

嵌入し粉末Aを上面から圧縮する(第3図(b))。次に
下部ラム9を上昇させ下パンチ3を上昇させて粉末Aを
下面より圧縮して所望の外形寸法に圧縮して成形体Bを
形成する(第3図(c))。次に上部ラム7を上昇させ上
パンチ1の先端部をダイス2の孔2aから引き上げて抜
き出させる。次にやや遅れた動作で下部ラム9を上昇さ
せダイス2の孔2a内の下パンチ3を上昇させて成形体
Bをダイス2から排出板12の複数の孔12a内へ排出
する(第3図(c))。次に粉末供給箱4をダイス2上に
前進移動させ排出板12の孔12a内の成形体Bをダイ
ス2上より開閉板14上に移動する(第3図(e))。次
にエアーシリンダー15を作動させ開閉板14を左進移
動して排出板12の孔12aと開閉板14の孔14aと
を一致させて排出板12の孔12aの下面を開放し成形
体Bを孔16に落下させる(第3図(f))。落下した成
形体Bはそれぞれ導出管17内を落下しそれぞれ収納箱
に分離収納させる。次に下部ラム9を下降させ下パンチ
を下降させると伴にエアーシリンダー15を作動させ開
閉板14を右進移動させて粉末成型動作の一行程を完了
