肩部材と外装ケースとにて外装体を形成し、内容器の口
元筒部の外周ネジに螺着し、内容器と外装体の肩部材と

うに内部中空な筒状で外周に後述の蛇口部材を螺着する
蛇口部材用のネジ12を刻設し、後端壁の中央に透孔13を
穿設し、外周に薄い鍔部14を設けている。この注出筒部
11の鍔部14が内容器2のブロー成形時下部前壁の溝孔10
内に密に嵌り込んで内容器2に注出筒部11をインサート
成形している。この注出筒部11の後端壁の中央の透孔と
内容器2内とはインサート成形された後、後加工にて貫
通されているが、インサート成形時に貫通してもよい。

ー成形にて内容器を形成し、同時に内容器に注出筒部を
インサート成形しているので部品コストを大巾に軽減す
ることができると共に内容器と注出筒部とを確実に結合
することができる。
