後の引出し側にあるワンウェクラッチ(12)が働いて
ワイヤーケーブル(15)にゆるみの発生がない。又逆
回転をさせてワイヤーケーブル(15)の繰出しの場合
も引込側のワンウェクラッチ(12)が開放されてニュ
ートラとなり、引出側のワンウェクラッチ(11)が働
いて、シーブドラム(9)(10)のワイヤーケーブル
(15)の張りの調整が自動的に行なわれて、ゆるみな
どの発生がない。又巻込み繰出しに張力があっても抑え
用ローラ(13)(14)の働きとシーブドラム(9)
(10)の外径より大きめのU溝又はV溝型シーブ
(7)(8)とこの内部に組まれているワイウェクラッ
チ(11)(12)の作用でワイヤーケーブル(15)
