1. A lock case in which first and second electromagnetic mechanisms are arranged in a relationship in which their plunger axial directions are orthogonal to each other, and an L-shaped locking metal fitting opposite to one side of the lock case. In this case, a flange is formed at an intermediate portion of the plunger inserted into the inner hole of the first electromagnetic mechanism, a return spring is provided between the flange and the first electromagnetic mechanism, and a portion protruding from the flange is formed. A large-diameter lock portion is formed to have a large diameter, and a plunger for engaging and disengaging the flange of the first electromagnetic mechanism plunger is provided on the plunger of the second electromagnetic mechanism and an elastic body is provided between the plunger and the second electromagnetic mechanism. A thick-walled tubular bearing material is fixed to the lock case, a large-diameter lock portion of the plunger of the first electromagnetic mechanism is fitted to the thick-walled tubular bearing material, and the first electromagnetic member is attached to the locking metal fitting. The first electromagnetic mechanism described above is provided with a lock hole for engaging and disengaging the mechanism plunger.
