Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of interference between a cable tray and a fluid piping and perform cooling of the cable by means of fluid in a piping part by a method wherein the piping part comprising a closed space in a semicircle in cross section is integrally formed below the cable laying surface of the cable tray. CONSTITUTION:A cable tray 1 has a plurality of cables 3 laid therein and is designed to support and protect the cables. In this case, the cable tray 1 is formed in a recessed shape in cross section and a piping part 2 formed in a semicircular shape in cross section is integrally formed below the cable laying surface. Fluid 4 having an atmospheric pressure at a normal temperature at which an adverse influence is not exercised on the cable 3 is caused to flow through the piping part 2. Namely, drain discharged from various devices is utilized as the fluid 4. After the drain is caused to flow through a drain pipe 5 to the piping part 2, it is forced to flow through a drain hole 6 to a vertical distributing water pipe 7 and flow through a drain spigot 8 to a drainage buried pipe 9. This constitution causes mainly prevention of interference between the cable tray 1 and the fluid piping.

In the above-mentioned prior art, the function of the cable tray itself is improved and labor is saved, and the problem of interference between the cable tray and piping frequently occurring in power plants is solved. Do not check the interference between the cable tray and piping at the power plant, because the design timing of the cable tray and piping is different. Furthermore, since the design departments are different, it is very labor intensive. The present invention avoids interference in advance by providing the cable tray with a piping function.

In order to solve the above problems, a closed space having a semicircular cross section is provided in the lower part of a conventional cable tray, so that a fluid can flow through the closed space, and the function as a pipe is achieved. It may be a cable tray having. As described above, by providing the cable tray with the function as the pipe as well, the problem that the pipe and the cable tray interfere with each other or the route is restricted is solved. Further, the problem of design time is that by adopting the present invention to a cable tray that traverses a building, the lower piping part of the present invention becomes a drainage mother pipe of each floor,
It is possible to deal with drainage drain pipes whose design period is late. In addition, since the piping section is always located below the cable tray section, even if water leaks due to a leak or malfunction,
No damage to the cable, and 1 from the drain pipe
It is not necessary to check the interference with the cable tray when connecting the drain pipe to the floor drain receiving port.

The upper portion of the present invention, which is the cable tray portion, has a concave cross section, and a cable can be laid in the concave portion. This is the same as the conventional cable tray, and by using parts such as a curved portion, an enlarged portion or a cross portion, it is possible to deal with the assembly and distribution of cables. The lower portion of the present invention, which is the piping portion, has a semicircular cross section and is installed in the lower portion of the above-mentioned cable tray portion. The semicircular cross section allows a small amount of fluid to flow. Since the cable tray has no particular problem even if it has a gradient, the fluid of the piping portion of the present invention can flow down naturally by taking a gradient of 1/100. Drain discharge is performed by providing a vertical pipe on the floor floor floor drain inlet and connecting it below the pipe section. By the above, it functions as a cable tray which also has a piping function.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The present invention comprises a cable tray 1 having a concave cross section and a pipe section having a semicircular cross section provided in contact with the lower portion of the cable tray 1. The cable tray 1 functions like a normal cable tray, and is intended to support and protect the laid cables 3. Cable tray 1 according to the quantity of cable 3
The width and depth of will increase or decrease. The pipe portion has a semicircular cross section whose diameter is the width of the cable tray 1 and is hermetically sealed so that the fluid 4 can be passed therethrough. 1/10 for cable tray 1 and piping 2
By providing the gradient of 0, the fluid 4 can be made to flow down to the intended position. The fluid 4 is preferably at room temperature and atmospheric pressure so as not to adversely affect the cable 3, but in order to enhance the cooling effect on the cable 3, the fluid 4 may be a low temperature fluid. As an example,
It is stipulated as a drainage pipe installed on the ceiling above each floor. The fluid 4 in the drainage mother pipe has normal temperature and atmospheric pressure, and naturally flows down with a gradient of 1/100. The drain discharged from each device is connected to the pipe portion 2 by the small-diameter drain pipe 5. The connection portion is provided on the side surface of the pipe portion 2 and is connected by welding. Drainage of drainage to the drain receiving port is performed by a vertical drainage pipe 7 welded to a drain hole 6 provided at the bottom of the pipe section 2, and to a drain receiving port 8 provided on the floor of the first floor of the building. The inflow leads to the drainage embedding pipe 9.
