題点はかなり解決できる。しかし、150℃以上の高温と
なった被塗布表面の場合、必ずしも均一で良好な塗膜は
形成されない。また、150℃以下で塗膜が形成されたと
しても、それを300℃以上に加熱した場合、剥離してし
まう場合が多いという欠点を有していた。

れ、潤滑性、離型性も優れることを見出し、本発明を完
